Ich bin über den Sommer weg und vermiete für den Zeitraum mein Zimmer Nähe Burggasse/Stadthalle. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, hat 12qm und geht zum Garten raus.
Der Rest der Wohnung besteht aus zwei getrennt begehbaren Schlafzimmer, einer großen Wohnküche und einem Bad mit WC und Waschmaschine. Die Miete beträgt alles in allem 300€ (Gas, Strom, I-net).
Wohnen wirst du gemeinsam mit Lina, sie studiert Modedesign ist aber bis Mitte Juli in Japan.
Wir frühstücken gerne lange im Garten oder sitzen Abends draußen auf der Bank.

Hello!
I am out of town during the summer and I am renting my room next to Burgasse/Stadthalle.
The furnished room has 12qm and a view to the garden. You are living together with Lina, she is studying fashion design and will be in Japan until July.
The apartment is quite cold in the summer, which is really nice and we like to take long breakfasts in the garden.
