The room comes with a 1,4 x 2m GEA bed. It‘s light, cosy and a perfect private space after a long day.
The flat has a spacious open plan kitchen with dishwasher, separate toilet and bathroom with twin sinks and washing machine. From the living room (25 sqm) you have access to a spacious balcony (6,50 sqm) overlooking a quiet courtyard – here you can enjoy the summer sun from sunrise til mid afternoon.
There is a cellar, a bike room and also a storage room in the flat.
The 'Gesamtmiete' includes everything: rent, running costs, heating, electricity and internet.
I am looking for someone to live with me ideally until the end of November, so this is perfect for people who need a place while they look for something more permanent, or those who wish to stay in Vienna during the best and sunniest months! Please get in touch and let me know your plans/requirements.
The flat is located in Ottakring, in the west of the city. A tram station to the city centre/university (Line 44) is right outside the door, and the metro station Ottakring (Line U3) is a five-minute walk away. From here you can also travel quickly to the Donauinsel and the Lainzer Tiergarten with the Vorortelinie (S-bahn).
Travel times: Stephansplatz approx. 25 mins. Main Uni approx. 15 mins. BOKU approx. 15 mins.
A selection of supermarkets (Denn's, Spar, Billa), restaurants, and even a great pub serving home-brewed beer is within a stone‘s throw of the front door. The Vienna Woods can be reached by bus in ten minutes.
Hello my name is Ross, and I’m looking for a new flatmate.
I don’t mind if you’re young or old, a guy or a girl.
I am an English guy (32) who has lived in Vienna for four years.
I work as a self-employed translator, so I’ll often be working from the flat.
I like good coffee, good wine and good music. I’m also often out running in the Vienna woods.
I speak English and German and I’m well-versed in Schmäh!
