12m² Zimmer in 3er WG Wien Ottakring

Hallo zusammen!
Wir suchen für unsere 3er WG in Ottakring eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in.
Das Zimmer ist in einer ca. 90m² großen Altbauwohnung im 2. Stock mit großem Wohnzimmer, schöner Gemeinschaftsküche und großem Bad. Das Hochbett mit Matratze und der Tisch bleiben im Zimmer, für das Hochbett (mit Matratze) würde die vorige Mitbewohnerin 120,- Euro Ablöse haben wollen, der Tisch ist mittlerweile WG-Inventar, den gibt es gratis dazu.
Gerne ist das Zimmer auch als Zwischenmiete für den Sommer zu haben!
Die Wohnung liegt in Ottakring zwischen Brunnenmarkt und Ottakringer Brauerei, zwei Straßenbahnstationen vom Gürtel entfernt. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte (Billa, Spar, Hofer), mehrere Bäckereien und den Brunnenmarkt/Yppenplatz. Die Straßenbahnlinien 2, 9, 44 und 46 sind alle in der Nähe, zur Uni zu kommen ist also kein Problem, egal, ob Hauptuni, BOKU, eine der Kunstakademien, TU oder WU.
Wir sind beide 29 Jahre alt (bald nicht mehr), studieren/arbeiten Forstwirtschaft und Architektur und leben beide schon seit mehreren Jahren in Wien. Wir leben in der WG freundschaftlich zusammen, es ist also nicht nur eine reine Zweck-WG. Gerne gehen wir zusammmen ein Bier trinken, gehen Fahrrad fahren, sitzen Abends zusammen, hören Musik, kochen und so weiter und so fort. Wobei natürlich jeder auch immer gerne seine Ruhe haben darf.
Du solltest also kommunikativ, unkompliziert und einfach generell nett sein.

Hello everybody!
We are looking for a new flatmate in our shared apartment in Ottakring!
The room is in a beautiful 90m² old apartment on the second floor. The apartment has a big living room, a nice shared kitchen as well as a big bathroom.
The room itself is about 12m², comes with the loft bed and the table in front of the window. Our former flatmate would like to have 120,- for the loft bed, including the mattress, the table belongs to the apartment and comes for free!
The room is also available for the summer months, if you are Vienna for a short stay.
The apartment is located in Ottakring between the Ottakringer brewery and the Brunnenmarkt/Yppenplatz. Supermarkets, several bakeries, the Brunnenmarkt and loads of public transportation (tram lines 2, 9, 43 and 46 and the U6) are in short walking distance, connecting you to every university in the city and anywhere else you would want to go.
We are both 29 years old, are studying/working forestry and architecture and have been living in the city for several years now. Live in our shared apartment is relaxed, we are living here as friends. We cook together, listen to music, drink a beer, go for swim and so on. But of course, everyone is welcome to their quiet time and privacy if you don't feel like doing anything.
So preferably you should be communicative, uncomplicated and just a nice person in general.
