in der schönen Wohnung, wo ich lebe seit 2 Jahren, werden ab Oktober zwei Zimmer frei. Die sind verbunden und bilden einen Teil der Wohnung.
Wohnung insgesamt hat 120 m². Es waren früher zwei Wohnungen, die nun via Badezimmer verbunden sind. Deine zwei Zimmer hat 54 m².
Haus ist ein Altbau mit einem Innenhof und in 14. Bezirk
Die Zimmer sind geeignet sowohl für eine Person, die viel Raum mag/braucht als auch für ein Paar.
Die Kaltmiete für beide Zimmer beträgt 470,- Euros. Es kommen für Strom+Internet+Versicherung noch 212,- dazu. Die werden wir dann auf BewohnerInnen aufteilen: Zwei oder drei.
Die Zimmer werden unmöbliert vermietet.
Kaution 1500,-

2 connected rooms in this wonderful flat where I live for almost 2 years will be free from October on.
Flat has 120 m2. It used to be 2 flats. Living here you can still feel it, though kitchen, bath, toilet and entrance is common. Your two rooms has 54 m2 and huge windows.
House is an Altbau with courtyard. 1140 Wien
Rooms are suitable for one person loving space as well as for a couple.
Rent for both rooms is 470,- Euros cold. How much will be warm depends if for one person or couple. Electricity+Internet+Insurance is about 212,- Euros: That we divide than on two or three.
Rooms will be rented without furniture.
Caution 1500,- Euro
