wir gründen ab 1.7.18 eine neue WG in einem 135m² Traumhaus mit Garten in Penzing, ruhig gelegen am Wolfersberg. Suchst du Ruhe, schlägt dein Herz im Grünen höher aber du schätzt dennoch die Nähe zur Innenstadt? Bist du herzlich, offen, tolerant und tierlieb? Dann ist es hier für dich genau das Richtige. :)
Dein Zimmer besteht aus einem 15m² Raum (ein Schrank würde drin bleiben, alles andere auf dem Foto kommt noch hinaus). Zusätzlich besteht eventuell die Option auf einen 8,5m² sehr heller Wintergarten mit Sofa, der direkt anschließt (roher Boden, nicht beheizt, vielseitig nutzbar, traumhafter Ausblick auf das hügelige Grün). Damit hättest du dann insgesamt etwa 23 m² für dich zur Verfügung.
Dazu kommt das gesamte, teilmöbliert EG als großzügige Gemeinschaftsfläche (Vorraum & Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Erker ca 45m²), fancy Bad mit Badewanne, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Esstisch, Kühlschrank und alles was das KöchInnenherz begehrt. Grüner, wundervoller Blick in die Natur, wo man auch ist. Der Garten umfasst etwa 400m² und punktet mit einem tollen Grillplatz aus Naturpflastersteinen, einem Pavillon und einem Teich (derzeit noch leer, wird nun wieder in Gang gesetzt ;) !) Spielraum für kleinere Gärtnerprojekte z.B. Gemüse- und Kräuteranbau ist vorhanden.

To everyone looking for a home,
Winnie and I (Maria) just landed a gorgeous house in the 14th district and we need a third person to complete our team! It´s good to move into starting with the 1st of July, 135m large, with a beautiful garden included, in a very quiet and peaceful hood in Wolfersberg. If you love nature but also want to live near the Inner city, if you´re looking for a peaceful place, if you´re a warm, open and tolerant person who loves animals, then this is the perfect place for you! :)
Your space - a 15m² room with the option of an additional 8,5m² winter garden (raw floor which can be used in different ways, dreamy view over the green hill); all in all, you would have 23m² for your self. You can get them partially furnished, we have a few available massive closets if you happen to need one. The entire ground floor (also partially furnished) is our shared space: the anteroom and living room - with fire place and jutty!- have about 45m² together, a fancy bathroom with bathtub, an oldschool kitchen equiped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a dining table and everything your heart desires. From the kitchen you can look out into the gorgeous garden! The garden itself has about 400m², a beautiful grillplace made of natural cobblestones, a pavilion and a pond (still empty at the moment, we are planning on patching it up). We´re also free to make our own herbs and/or veggie gardens!
Angebunden ist das Haus an die S Bahn Station "Wolf in der Au" (ca 10 min zu Fuß) und an diverse Buslinien (49A, 50A) u.a. nach Hütteldorf (ca 5 min zu Fuß). Super direkte, schnelle Verbindung zum Westbahnhof. Nach Wien Mitte Landstraße braucht man öffentlich ca 40-45min . Parken kann man hier in den Straßen ums Haus gratis.

The house is easily reacheable from the SBahn station "Wolf in der Au" (about 10 min walk) or from different bus lines (49A, 50A) which drive, among others, to Hütteldorf. Direct and quick connection to Westbhf. To Wien Mitte Landstraße you´d need for example about 40-45 minutes by public transport. Parking is free on the streets near our house.

Winnie ist ursprünglich aus dem Leipziger Neuseenland, bereits 9 Jahre hier (das sächsisch kommt trotzdem ab und an noch durch), Psychologin/Psychotherapeutin für Kinder & Erwachsene, im Berufsleben und studiert nebenbei Kunsttherapie.
Marias Wurzeln stammen aus Rumänien. Zu Beginn führte sie ein Praktikum in tiergestützter Pädagogik in die Stadt. Zum Glück ist sie hier geblieben :) ! Maria wünscht sich bald mit dem Master in Sozialer Arbeit zu beginnen und arbeitet derzeit als Barkeeperin.
Da wir auch zuvor bereits in einer Haus WG zusammen gelebt haben, sind wir ein eingespieltes Team.
Gern genießen wir gemeinsam die Natur, kochen hin und wieder zusammen aber finden auch wichtig, dass trotzdem jeder genug Freiraum für sich hat. Die Basics an Lebensmittel teilen wir üblicherweise gemeinsam.
Auch du wirst selbstverständlich Mitspracherecht bei der Einrichtung des Hauses haben.
Grundordnung/ Sauberkeit versteht sich von selbst.
Zusatzbonus: VW Camping Bus "Montie" und unsere vier flauschigen Katzen sowie ein schneckenüberladenes Aquarium! (Ab und an kommt auch ein Hund zu Besuch)

Winnie comes from the Leipziger Neuseenland, has been hier for 9 years (her Saxon still comes through from time to time), Psychologist/Psychotherapist for children and adults, works full time and studies Art Therapy.
I, Maria, came here 5 years ago for an animal assisted therapy internship, and kinda just stuck around. I´m from Romania, finished my BA a while ago and am looking forward to a Master in Social work. Right now I´m working as a barkeeper, mostly on the weekends. I love chilling with my cats and making them listen to hip hop.
The two of us have been living together in another shared house and make a good team.
We enjoy the nature, cook together sometimes, but still find it important that every one of us gets enough privacy. We like sharing the basics in food products and have been doing it for a good while now.
You will naturally have a say in how we decorate/furnish the house; we find it very important for each of us to have the same rights and responsibilities - cleaning goes without saying.
Bonus! VW camping Bus "Montie" and our four fluffy cats, as well as a snail-overloaded fishtank! (From time to time, a dog comes to visit)
