To those seeking a summer residence in Vienna!

I will be working in Carinthia this Summer and must unfortunately leave my beloved student flat. Good new for you though, as you have the opportunity to live in my fantastic room this Summer from July to September!

We live in a 3 bedroom apartment directly on the U4 Braunschweiggasse stop in the 14th district. In just 12 minutes you can travel to Karlsplatz, and we are also conveniently located next to Schönbrunn palace for nature-walks and runs!

My room is about 20 square meters and fully furnished. Our apartment also has a washing machine and a dishwasher!

Rent is €360 euros per month, with a deposit of €150. The room will be free from July 1st to September 30th, but I'd be flexible on move in-out days according to your schedule.

ich werde meine Sommerferien nicht in Wien verbringen, deswegen ist mein feines Zimmer in einer gemütlichen Studenten-Wg von Juli bis September frei.

Kurz zur Wg:
Wir sind eine 3er-Wg und haben unsere Wohnung direkt an der U4 Braunschweiggasse im 14. Bezirk.
In 12 Minuten ist man am Karlsplatz und wer das Grüne sucht hat Schönbrunn in der Nähe!
Das Zimmer ist 20 quadratmeter und voll eingerichtet.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler, die du natürlich verwenden kannst.

Die Miete beträgt 360€ - Strom, Gas und Internet inkludiert.
Dazu kommt eine Kaution von 150€.
