Hi everyone!
In our humble three rooms apartment, we have one empty room and available for a new roommate from the 1st of July !
The room is approximately 16 square meters and it costs 325 euros with everything included! There is a deposit of 970 euros. It is totally furnished. The "Ablöse" is 340€.
The apartment is central, a minute away from Schweglerstrasse U3 station, and most of the super markets are nearby (Lidl and Spar are just one minute away from our flat).
Westbahnof and the Mariahilfer strasse are ten minutes walk from our apartment (nice if you like shopping).
There are also two Citybike stations 5 minutes away.
About us :
We are three roommate, Philipp from Germany 25 years old, me Mathilde from France 21 years old, and Qader 25 years old from Syria.
We are all students, very open-minded and we often go out and do activities together. :)
The company which is renting us the apartment only rents to students, and your contract is going to be directly with it.
(But if you are here for a short therm, it's ok too if you're not student).
