In meiner 78m2 großen, 2011 sanierten Altbauwohnung ist ab sofort ein helles, möbliertes 10m2-Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer geräumigen Wohnküche, einem großzügigen 8m2-Balkon mit Blick in den grünen Innenhof, einem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, einem Abstellraum und zwei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, am Balkon gibt‘s Morgen-, in den Zimmern Abendsonne. Die Station Huglgasse (49er und 12A) ist eine Gehminute, die U3 Schweglerstraße drei Gehminuten entfernt.
Das freie Zimmer ist 10m2 groß und mit einem Kleiderkasten, einem Schlafsofa, einem Schreibtisch und einem Bücherregal möbliert.
Zu mir: Ich bin 34, Lektorin bei einem Verlag, Stadtmensch, viel unterwegs, musik- und buchbegeistert, mache nebenher ein bisschen politisches Radio und hab eine Vorliebe für Möbel aus den 50ern.
Kosten: 350 Euro/Monat (alles inklusive)
Ich würde die Wohnung gern für mindestens ein Semester vermieten und freue mich, wenn ihr mir bei Kontaktaufnahme ein paar Zeilen über euch schreibt.

I‘m offering a 10m2 bright and furnished room in my 78m2 flat.
The flat consists of a big kitchen-diner (not sure if I can trust the dictionary on that translation?), a spacious 8 m² balcony oriented towards the green inner courtyard, a big bath room with a shower and a bath tub and two seperately accessible rooms.
The flat is very bright, there is morning light on the balcony and evening light in the rooms. The tram (49) and bus (12A) stop „Huglgasse“ is only one, the U3 stop Schweglerstraße three walking minutes away.
The available room is 10m2 big and furnished with a wardrobe, a sofa bed, a work desk and a book shelf.
A few words about myself: I‘m 34, working as an editor at a publishing company, love music, books, furniture from the 50ies and city live in general and do a little bit of political radio in my free time.
Rent: 350 euro/month (all inclusive)
I‘d like to rent the room for at least one semester and would be glad to read some lines about yourself in case you contact me.
