In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es die U-Bahn U3 Schweglerstraße, U6 Burggasse-Stadthalle, die Straßenbahn 9 (Westbahnhof) -46 (Volkstheater) und viele Supermärkte (Sparo-Billa-Hoffer). In der Nähe es gibt ein Schwimmbad (Stadthallenbad), der Brunnenmarkt und viele Parks (Schmelz, Vogelweid Park, März Park)
