Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet bzw. möbliert. Bei dem Bett im Zimmer handelt es sich um ein Hochbett. Auch sonst ist eigentlich alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was man so zum Leben braucht. Im Haus gibt es noch einen Fahrradkeller der gerne mitbenutzt werden darf.
Room is fully furnished. Bed sheets, towels and so on would be also available. There is a storage room for bikes available in the house.
Die WG ist verkehrstechnisch ziemlich gut angebunden. Zur U6 (Gumpendorfer Straße) sind es ca. 6 Gehminuten, zur U4 (Längenfeldgasse) ca. 8 min und zum Westbhf (u.a. U3) ca. 15 min. Busse wie die 12A, 57A usw. fahren auch hier in der Nähe weg.
Metro stations (U6,U4,U3) are quite close to the flat. It is also not far to Westbahnhof and there are also a couple of different busses and trams going from here.
Da ich für einen Monat nach Dänemark für Masterarbeit gehe möchte ich gerne mein Zimmer zwischen vermieten und suche daher eine würdige Vertretung ;). Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Truppe und studieren (fast) alle Umweltwissenschaften. Daneben haben wir gerade noch eine weitere Zwischenmieterin welche in der Tourismusbranche arbeitet. Überwiegend wird Englisch gesprochen (MitbewoherInnen aus Kolumbien, Spanien und Österreich). Das WG Leben würde ich als ziemlich entspannt beschreiben!
We are a group of four and are studying (almost all of us) environmental science. Since we are an international group (Colombia, Spain and Austria) we mainly speak english. Life here is quite relaxed, there is almost always someone available for a chat and if you need your quite you will also be able to get that.
