Weil ich 3 Monate in Südostasien sein werde vermiete ich mein Zimmer für die Monate Jänner, Februar und März 2019. Das Zimmer ist ~22m² groß und liegt am Innenhof. Dadurch ist es rund um die Uhr sehr ruhig, gleichzeitig scheint durch die Lage bzw. Bauweise der Häuser ganztags Sonne durch die beiden Fenster.
Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Leben nur brauchen kann. Neben den Möbeln wie Schreibtisch, Wohnzimmertisch, Bücherregal, Bett (riesig: 200x120cm), Schrank und Kleiderschrank gibts:
*einen Riesenfernseher (50 Zoll) für Filmabende und eine Wii
*einen PC mit zwei Bildschirmen, Stereoanlage, Drucker und Chefsessel
*eine Klimmzugstange, Hanteln, uvm. für die Sportlichen ;)
*ein Whiteboard für Allfälliges und Notizen
Im Übrigen ist die ganze Wohnung neu renoviert und ist dadurch so gut wie neu.
Die Miete ist insgesamt 415€, darin ist Strom, Heizung, Wasser und Internet inkludiert.

Since im going to travel southeast asia for 3 months im renting out my room for January, February and March 2019. The room size of the room is ~22sqm and it connects directly to the inner yard. Due to that it is always very quiet, while having a lot of sunshine at the same time.
It has everything you could want for a comfortable living. Amongst the furniture like a desk, a coffee table, a bookshelf, a huge bed (200x120cm), a cupboard and a wardrobe it has:
*a huge TV (50 inches) and a Wii with various games
*a PC with 2 screens, a sound system, a printer and a comfy chair
*a pull up bar, dumb bells and more
*a whiteboard for notes and stuff
The whole flat has been recently renovated and is therefore almost like new.
The rent is 415€ and includes electricity, heating, water and internet.
Die WG liegt im 15. Bezirk direkt an der Ubahnstation Johnstraße. Zu Fuß geht man ca. 3 Minuten zur Ubahn und ähnlich lang zu den vielen nahegelegenen Buslinien. Von der Ubahnstation braucht man ca 10-20 Minuten zu den meisten gängigen Orten (Mariahilferstraße 10 Minuten, Stephansplatz 15 Minuten, Schwedenplatz 20 Minuten, Karlsplatz/TU Wien 20 Minuten, Hauptuni 20 Minuten).
Gleich nebenan gibt es außerdem ein Einkaufszentrum mit großem Spar, einem Baumarkt, Handyshop, Libro, DM und vielem mehr. Ein Billa und ein ausgezeichneter Friseur sind direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum. Ca. 5 Minuten entfernt ist auch eine Post und mehrere Bankfilialen. Wenn man bei der Haustür hinausgeht steht man außerdem gleich vor einem großem Park in dem regelmäßig Fußball und Basketball gespielt wird.

The flat is located in the 15th disctrict right next to the subway station Johnstraße. It takes about 3 minutes to get there by foot. The many nearby bus stations are also in similar distance. From the subway it takes like 10-20 minutes to get to the most common places (Mariahilferstraße 10 minutes, Stephansplatz 15 minutes, Schwedenplatz 20 minutes, Karlsplatz/TU Vienna 20 minutes, Main university 20 minutes).
There is a shopping mall next to the flat with shops like a big supermarket, a hardware store, a phone shop, Libro, DM, etc. Furthermore there is a good barber in close proximity. About 5 minutes away there are a post office and multiple bank branches. Also there is a huge park right in front of the building, where soccer and basketball is regularly played.
Falls du einziehst würdest du mit Isabella wohnen. Sie ist 27 und arbeitet als Landschaftsplanerin. Generell ist sie ein sehr angenehmer und offener Mensch, der gern gemeinsam kocht oder Filme/Serien schaut. Ansonsten ist sie tagsüber meist in der Arbeit und Abends auch öfter mal unterwegs, du hättest die WG also oft für dich allein. Die WG ist übrigens strikt vegetarisch, also meld dich bitte nur wenn du auch wirklich Vegetarier bist ;)

If you move in you'd live with Isabella. She is 27 years old and works as landscape architect. She is a generally very pleasant and open person, who like to cook or watch movies/shows together. Apart from that she's usually at work during the day and frequently out during the evenings. Thus you'd often have the flat completely for your own. A little sidenote: the flat is strictly vegetarian, please only hit me up if you are really a vegetarian ;)
