Das Zimmer ist super klein, aber dafür auch billig und wir haben eine große Wohn-Küche mit Tisch, Sofa etc. Die Stadtbibliothek ist 10min entfernt, sodass man auch da super zum Arbeiten hingehen kann. Im Zimmer sind ein Bett und Regale als Stauraum, der Vorraum kann auch für deinen Kram genutzt werden. Außerdem kannst du bezüglich der Möbel auch gerne umgestalten. Das Fenster geht zum Hinterhof, sodass es sehr ruhig ist und gute Luft hat. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein paar Annehmlichkeiten, wie Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Süßigkeitenbaum, Innenhof fürs Fahhrad, Grünpflanzen etc.. Im Innenhof kann auch gerne einer gepflegten Nikotinabhängigkeit nachgegangen werden.
The room is super small, but therefore cheap and we have a big kitchen with a big table and a comfortable couch. The cities library is just 10min away, so you can also go there in case you need a working space. The room includes a bed and some shelfs and you can use the corridor for your stuff. The window faces the backyard. Therefore its super quiet and the air is nicely fresh. The flat includes some "goodies" e.g. a washing machine, a dishwascher, a tree full of sweets, a backyard for the bike, plants etc. . You can also smoke in the backyard.

In der Wohnung bleiben wir, Julia und Alex, wohnen. Wir sind recht fröhlich, unkompliziert und verbringen mal mehr und mal weniger Zeit miteinander, sind mal viel zuhause, mal wenig wie es halt gerade passt. Manchmal kochen wir gemeinsam oder gehen auch mal aus. Wir sind sind nicht sehr lautstärkeempfindlich (bisweilen aber eine von uns etwas geruchsempfindlicher) und selbst mal laut und mal leise, hören Musik und haben Besuch. Wir haben Psychologie studiert, arbeiten gerade an der Masterarbeit (Mal mehr, mal weniger;-)) und haben unsere Aufmerksamkeit mehr dem Arbeitsleben (im Sozialbereich) zugewandt. Wir hängen gern zusammen ab in der Wohnung, Kochen zusammen, laden Freund*innen ein und putzen auch ab und an mal zusammen, jede ist aber auch unabhängig und lebt ihr eigenes Leben. Wir ernähren uns vegetarisch, du kannst aber essen was du willst. Ein Grundmaß an Sauberkeit wäre fein - also einfach dein Zeugs nach dem Essen wegräumen und so.
We, Julia and Alex, will stay in the flat. We are quite uncomplicated and spend sometimes more sometimes less time with each other. Sometimes we cook or go out together. We are not very sensitive to noise (but one of us to smell) and sometimes loud ourselves, like to listen to music and like to have friends around. We both studied psychology and are finishing our master thesis right now (well sometimes we work harder on it, sometimes less;-)), but we actually work more than study (social sector). We love to hang out together, cook, invite friends, and every now and than we clean the flat together, but everyone is also really independent and lives her life. We eat vegetarian, but you can eat what you want. It would be good if keeping the flat tidy is okay for you (simply clean up the mess you produce afterwards, e.g. after cooking;-))
