Helles Zimmer in 5er-WG mit Dachterrasse / Unfurnished room in shared flat

Liebe/r WG-Suchende!

Da ich (Johannes) mit meinem besten Freund zusammenziehe, wird mein Zimmer in der Meinheartsdorfer-WG ab 1. August frei und beziehfertig!
Du hast es hier mit einem 9m² Zimmer in einer zweistöckigen Wohnung mit zweistöckiger Dachterrasse zu tun.
Das Zimmer ist südseitig ausgerichtet, daher auch im Winter sehr hell mit zwei Fenstern, und liegt im 1. Stock der Wohnung. Die Wände sind sehr hoch also besteht auch die Möglichkeit auf ein Hochbett.
Im selben Stock befindet sich ein Bad mit Dusche, ein getrenntes WC, und zwei weitere Zimmer, in denen zwei deiner zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen leben werden (mehr dazu gleich).
Im Gang vor dem Zimmer steht ein extra Kasten, der gegen Ablöse dir gehört, damit du in deinem Zimmer mehr Platz hast.

Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, du kannst deiner Kreativität also freien Lauf lassen! ;-)

Nebenan wohnen Hannah (26), sie arbeitet als Volksschullehrerin und ist in ihrer Freizeit sehr aktiv mit der Leitung ihrer eigenen Theatergruppe und Doris (25), studiert Philosophie und verbringt gern Zeit in der Natur, mit anregenden Gesprächen und mit Freunden.
Oben wohnt Ammar (37), der in der Brunnenpassage und im Dschungel-Theater arbeitet, gerne leckeres syrisches Essen kocht und ein soziales WG-Leben pflegt und Dani (26), die jedoch ab Mitte August im Zuge ihres Violine-Studiums für 4-9 Monate auf Erasmus geht (ihr Zimmer steht übrigens auch noch zur Verfügung ;-)).
Abgesehen davon ist im oberen Stock die Küche, die auch als Gemeinschaftsraum dient (falls es einem mal in den eigenen vier Wänden zu kuschelig wird), noch ein Bad mit WC und Riesendusche und die Dachterrasse.

Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 329€ mit allem drum und dran (Internet, Strom&Gas).
Außerdem gibt es eine riesige (ebenso zweistöckige) Dachterrasse, wobei der obere Teil dem Vermieter gehört und wir ihn mitbenutzen dürfen.

Dear future flatmate!

Since I (Johannes) am moving out, my room will be ready for rent and to move in from 1st of August!
The room has 9m², is very bright all day (also in winter) and has two windows. The walls are very high so it's possible for a bunk bed. It is located in the first floor of the flat where you also have a bathroom, seperate WC and also two other rooms where two of your other flatmates will be living. In the hall in front of the room there is an extra cupboard which provides you more space in your room.
Besides this your room will be unfurnished, so you'll have freedom for living out your creativity! ;-)

Next door there will be living Doris (25), a philosophy student who enjoyes being in nature and inspiring conversations (with or without a glass of wine or beer ;-)) and Hannah (26), a primary school teacher who is very active in her free time with directing her own theatre group and creating plays.
On level two of the flat there will be living Ammar, who is 37 years old and works in Dschungel theatre and Brunnenpassage, which is a meeting point for art and social activities. He likes cooking syrian food and living a social and happy WG-life. There is also Dani (26) but she will be going on Erasmus for 4-9 months whilst her violin-studies.
Furthermore on second level there is the kitchen, which serves also as common room, a bathroom with WC and the roof terrace.

The rent is 329€ all inclusive like Internet (WLAN), electricity and gas.
Also there is a huge roof terrace extending on two floors where we have our private terrace on the first floor and our second terrace belongs to the lessor but he's very kind so we can use it anytime.
Due to the first summer in this WG-constellation, because Hannah, Dani and Ammar originally founded it in January 2019, there's still a creating process for the living space on the private terrace at the moment, so the terrace and also the kitchen are a bit in change but always open for inputs so everybody can feel comfy of course :-)
