Looking for a roommate for a 12sqm room in a large, sunny apartment with 2 bathrooms and toilets.
The bright, quiet room is simply furnished: bed, desk with 2 chairs, cupboard in the hallway.
You share the bathroom with only one person.
The south-facing apartment has a total of 105m² and is on the 3rd floor of a new building with a lift. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook and eat. Large windows offer a beautiful view of the balcony and the green inner courtyard. There are lockable bicycle rooms in the house.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof, im Sonnwendviertel direkt am Helmut-Zilk-Park. Vor der Haustüre fährt die Straßenbahn D, die U1 Station Keplerplatz ist in 7 min und der Hauptbahnhof in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Aufgrund der guten Anbindung ist man in nur 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Sämtliche Supermärkte und Drogerien sind zwischen 5 und 10 min entfernt. Frisches Obst und Gemüse kann man am Viktor-Adler-Markt kaufen, der auch nicht weit weg ist.
The apartment is located near the Central Station, in the Sonnwendviertel right next to a big park. It is very well connected to public transport with a tramline runing right behind the house, the metro U1 being 7 minutes away and the central train station being only 10 minutes away by foot. Due to the good connection you can reach the city center in only 15 minutes. All kinds of supermarkets and drugstores are only between 5 and 10 min away. Fresh fruit and vegetables can be bought at the Viktor Adler market, which is also not far away.
