Hello our lovely future Flatmate,
We are looking for a new flatmate in our cozy and bright apartment. Which is situated in Ottakring in a very beautiful area surrounded by green trees and parks all around. The flat is located in beautiful old building and has great access to the transport, 2 minutes to Tram 2 and 5-6 Minutes to U-Bahn. All types of markets are few minutes walk away so you will not have to change your favorite shop (in case you have one). A little bit about the flat itself: it is a fully furnished and equipped flat, quite and very sunny with a very happy vibrancy inside.
A little bit about your future flatmates:
Your future flatmates will be Erica (29) from Italy and Khatia (27) from Georgia. We are two PhD Students who like to have their quite time as well as share our stories with each other in the evenings and mornings before going to work. We are working mostly and come home in the evening. But during the weekends we hand out together and like to go to different places in Vienna.

We would very much appreciate our new flatmate to be friendly, open-minded and would want to become part of our little friends family. Which does not mean that we have to do everything together but it is sometimes nice to have dinner and go out for drinking or so.
The room is small and cozy with beautiful view over the playground, it is fully equipped with big wardrobe, additional closets are also available in the flat and there is a cellar for storing available. The flat is fully equipped and also has the parking place. So it is very convenient.
