Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße im Hochparterre. Sie besteht aus 3 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, einer geräumigen Wohnküche, einem Bad, einem WC und einem privaten Garten (40 m2). Dazu kommt noch ein Kellerabteil und Fahrradraum.

The room is 11m2, fully furnished and located near the outer Mariahilfer Straße.
The flat is located on a quiet side street on the raised ground floor. It consists of 3 separately accessible rooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a private garden (40 m2). In addition there is a cellar compartment and bike room.
Die Straßenbahnlinien 52, 60 sind 2-3 min entfernt,
die Buslinie 12A hält praktisch vor der Haustür.
Die U-bahn Linien U3, U4 und U6 sind zu Fuß erreichbar:

Eine Zweck-WG ist es definitiv nicht, denn wir leben auf freundschaftlicher Basis zusammen, somit wird auch gerne gemeinsam gekocht, gegessen, Filme geschaut und natürlich über alles mögliche geplaudert.
Wir kaufen gemeinsam ein und freuen uns jede Woche auf das BioKistl.
Wir suchen eine offene und queerfreundliche Person, mit der wir gemeinsam Wien unsicher machen können. Wir sind gerne gesellig und veranstalten öfters gemeinsame Kochabende und Saufgelage, aber wir respektieren es wenn eine*r von uns Privatsphäre braucht. Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Umweltfreundlichkeit und hoffen, dass du diese Werte auch mit uns teilst.

It is definitely not a flat-share as strangers living next to each other because we understand living together more as friendship. We like to cook, eat, watch movies and of course chat about everything together.
We buy groceries together and enjoy our BioKistl every week.
We are looking for an open-minded and queer-friendly person with whom we can go out and explore Vienna together. We often like to cook together or have friends over for drinking parties, but we respect it when one of us needs privacy. We value a clean and eco-friendly environment and hope that you will share these values with us.
