Meine Freundin und ich vermieten ein kleines Zimmer (ca. 10m2) um 315€ pro Monat (+ einmalig 100€ für Strom/Gas) in tollster Lage. Die Wohnung wurde vorletzes Jahr übernommen und wir haben das Zimmer bereits mit Tisch, Bett und Schrank eingerichtet (siehe Bilder). Die Wohnung hat zudem alles Nötige was du für eine angenehme Zwischenmiete - oder vielleicht auch länger - brauchst!
My girlfriend and me are giving a small room (approx. 10m2) for rent (315€/month + one time 100€ for electricity/gas). We moved to the apartment two years ago and have furnished the room already with a table, bed and cupboard (see the pictures). The apartment has already all the necessary utensils for a nice stay with us.
Das beste an der Wohnung ist die Lage, in nur wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei: U-Bahn 6 (Station Volksoper-Währingerstrasse), Strassenbahnlinien 5, 37, 38, 40, 41, bus 40A; In nur 6 Minuten ist man bei der Hauptuniversität Wien, und von dort gleich im Stadtzentrum. Falls du einen Zug brauchst, bist du in ca. 10 Minuten beim Westbahnhof, oder 15 Minuten bei der Station Wien-Meidlung, von wo auch die Züge vom Hauptbahnhof stehen bleiben.
In a radius of 1-5 minutes by foot there are: Underground line 6 (station Volksoper-Währingerstrasse), tram 5, 37, 38, 40, 41, bus 40A; its only 6 minutes to the Vienna university, and from there you are almost at the city center; if you need to catch a train, then you need only 10 minutes to the train station Westbahnhof, or around 15 minutes to the train station Wien-Meidling, from where the most trains from the main station stop.
Wir kochen sehr gerne und sehr oft. Es ist daher wichtig, dass dies kein Problem für dich ist. Ich bin zudem sehr viel zuhause, da ich von zuhause arbeite und nebenbei studiere. Wir würden daher eine Person bevorzugen die nicht eine Party-WeGe oder einen Raum fürs musizieren sucht. Auf ein Glas Wein oder ein gemeinsames Bier und Essen freuen wir uns aber auf jeden Fall. Zudem ist uns Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Eigeninitiative für Aufräumen setzen wir daher voraus.
We love to cook often, therefore it is important for us, that you are fine with it. I am also often at home, as I am working from home and besides that studying. We also would love to have a flat mate who is not looking for a party WG or a room to play music, but we like to drink a glass of wine or beer with you. Further is important for us to keep the WG clean, hence your initiative to tidy up is expected.
Wichtig ist uns auch dass du das Zimmer auf jeden Fall mindestens bis Ende September nimmst, damit wir über die Sommerferien hinweg nicht wieder jemanden suchen müssen! Schreib uns daher bitte bei der Anfrage auf jeden Fall wie lange du gerne bei uns bleiben möchtest!
It is important for us, that you could stay at least until the end of September, as otherwise we would need to search for someone over the semester break, which is always difficult. Hence, please write in the request how long you would prefer to stay with us!
If possible please contact us in English as this time my gf will handle the messages.
