Bei mir in der Wohnung wird ab Februar ein Zimmer frei (voraussichtlich bis Juni/Juli, eventuell aber auch länger). Das Zimmer ist vollkommen möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und einem Schrank . Die Wohnung ist sehr groß für 2 Personen. Es gibt eine Küche, in der man essen kann und dazu noch ein großes Wohnzimmer. Küche, Bad und Gang wurden vor kurzem neu renoviert und die Fenster wurden auch erst vor kurzer Zeit ausgetauscht. Das Zimmer befindet sich in Richtung Innenhof, ist also sehr ruhig und es gibt auch viel Licht, da die Wohnung im 4. Stock ist.

there's a room becoming available in my apartment from February on (probably until June/July, but maybe also longer). The room is fully furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair and a wardrobe. The room itself is not too big, but the apartment is quite spacious (with a big living room and a nice kitchen). The apartment is located in the 4th floor, therefore it is bright and quiet.
Die Straßenbahnlinien 40 un 41 sind nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt und zur U-bahn U6 Volksoper oder AKH sind es ca. 5 Gehminuten. Zum Schottentor (Uni) gelangt man in ca. 10-15 Minuten. Es gibt mehrere Geschäfte in der Nähe und der Kutschkermarkt befindet sich gleich ums Eck.
The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood with lots of shops, supermarkets and a small market around the corner. The tram lines 40 and 41 are just one block away and you can reach the u6 metro in about 5 min walking time. It takes about 10-15 minutes to go to Vienna University and the central district.
Ich bin der einzige Mitbewohner, komme ursprünglich aus Vorarlberg und arbeite als freier Mitarbeiter für ein Unternehmen aus der Schweiz. Ich reise gerne und lerne gerne neue Leute und neue Kulturen kennen. Für Fortgehen, Fußball schauen oder für ein gemütliches Zusammensitzen bin ich immer zu haben, finde es aber auch nicht schlimm, wenn man es ab und zu ruhig angehen möchte.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind mir im Gemeinschaftsbereich sehr wichtig. Am liebsten ist es mir, wenn jede/r von sich aus immer wieder putzt ohne, dass man daraus ein großes Thema machen muss. Ich bin aber auch für einen Putzplan zu haben.
I'm from Austria, originally from the most western country state in Austria. Currently I'm working as a freelancer for a company from Switzerland. I like to travel and to get to know new people and different culturues. I like to go out at night, watch football or to do sports and I'm quite communicative, but I do not mind if you just wanna have a relaxed time.
Cleanliness and tidiness are important for me (unless it comes to your or my room ;)).
