Gemeinsames Leben:
Wir, das sind sechs junge Frauen, Jeanne, Nora, Victoria, Luzia, Isa und Louisa, am gemeinsamen Freisein interessiert, suchen junge ähnlichgesinnte Frauen*, die an unserem liebevollen gemeinsamen Leben im Grünen teilhaben wollen.


Wir sind zwischen 20 und 26 Jahren alt und sind eine bunte Mischung aus Schauspielerin, Musiktherapeutin, Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie und Lehramt Philosophie-Geographie -Studentin, Tanzpädagogin und Filmakademie-Studentin.

Wir tauschen uns viel aus, trotzdem genießt jede ihren eigenen Freiraum. Wir sind offen und an verschiedensten Dingen interessiert.

Essen organisieren wir gemeinschaftlich und biologisch-vegetarisch/vegan unter anderem mit einem Biokistl. Jede zahlt 130 Euro Gemeinschaftsbeitag für Essen, Putzmittel, Klopapier... Aber daran musst du natürlich nicht teilnehmen. Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam, aber das ist auch kein Muss.
Einmal monatlich machen wir WG-Plenum, wo wir die Anliegen aller Mitbewohnerinnen besprechen.

Die Wohnung ist ein wunderschöner heller, renovierter Altbau im 18. Bezirk, hat 155m² und außerdem dürfen wir den großen Hof/Garten mitbenützen, auch zum Fahrräder abstellen.
Ansonsten haben wir neben den sechs persönlichen Zimmern, zwei Bäder, drei Klos, eine riesige Badewanne, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer (40m²) mit funktionierendem Kamin, eine türkis-silberne Küche, ein kleines Abstellkammerl, Zentralheizung, W-Lan, durchzogen von einem schönen, dunklen (fast) nicht knarzenden Holzdielenboden und Ausblick ins Grüne.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Aumannplatz. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in maximal 10 Minuten bei der BOKU und in 12 Minuten im Zentrum/Hauptuni.
Die Straßenbahnstation Aumannplatz liegt in 1 Minute Entfernung und von dort aus gelangst Du mit den Linien 40/41/N41 ins Zentrum oder in die andere Richtung in den Pötzleinsdorfer Wald. Die Schnellbahnlinie Gersthof/S45 liegt in 8 Gehminuten Entfernung.
Der wunderschöne Sternwartepark ist gleich ums Eck und im Türkenschanzpark bis du zu Fuß in fünf Minuten.

zu dem Zimmer:

Es hat zwei helle Fenster zur Südseite und ein eingebautes Hochbett. Es ist ein Durchgangszimmer in das Wohnzimmer und in ein anderes Zimmer und dann in ein Bad (wovon es 2 gibt), aber es gibt auch einen anderen Weg. Es ist gleich neben der Küche.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert, inklusive Bett, Schrank, Kasten, Couch, Tisch und Schreibtisch

Lovely Living in the Green


About community living:
We, 6 young women, Jeanne, Nora, Victoria, Luzia, Louisa and Bianca, interested in being free together in community, are looking for young like-minded women*, who are interested to join our loving community living in the Green.

We are between 20 and 26 years old and are a colourful mixture of Actress, Cultural- and Social Anthropology Student, Social Work-Students, Dance Teacher and Filmschool-Student.

We share a lot with each other, and still enjoy our personal space and freedom. We are open-minded and interested in many different things.

We organize food together, organic and vegetarian/vegan, including a Foodcoop. Everyone contributes 130€ per month for food, cleaning stuff, toilet paper etc……
We also love to cook together but non of this is an obligation. :)
Once a month meet to talk about everyone's concerns.

The flat is a beautiful, bright, renovated “Altbau” in the 18th district. It is in the second floor,
has 155m². Furthermore we are allowed to use the big courtyard, also for parking our bicycles.
Besides the 6 personal rooms, we have 2 bathrooms, 3 toilettes, a huge bath tube, a big living room (40m²) with a working chimney, a turquoise-silver kitchen, a little store-room, central heating system, Wifi, a beautiful old wooden floor and view into the Green.

The flat is close to Aumannplatz. By bicycle you reach the BOKU university within 10 minutes and the city center/university within 12 minutes.
Going to tram station Aumannplatz takes you 1 minute. From there you can with the lines 40/41/N41 to the city center or into the Pötzleinsdorf forest. The S-Bahn Gersthof (S45) is 8 minutes to go.
The beautiful Sternwartepark is around the corner and to the Türkenschanzpark you walk 5 Minutes.

About the room:
It's a very light room with two big windows on the south side of the house. You have to walk through the room to get to the living room and to another bedroom (which leads to one of the two bathrooms), but there is also another way. The room is fully furnished, including a bed, cupboard, closet, table and couch.
