Ich bin vom 07.01-07.02 wenig da und würde für diese Zeit mein Zimmer gerne weitergeben. Auch gerne länger!
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und offen gestaltet und liegt im Erdgeschoss. Das ist insbesondere im Sommer sehr praktisch, da es angenehm kühl bleibt. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr großzügig gestaltet und laden zum gemeinsamen Miteinander ein. Wir haben sogar eine Terrasse und eine Schaukel und ein zweites WC. :)
Mein Zimmer geht nach hinten zum Garten raus, ist super leise und kann komplett verdunkelt werden.
Ich habe ein großzügiges Bett mit Bio Matraze, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank ect...

I' traveling Asia from 10.07 till 01.08 and would like to give my room to someone for that period.
The Flat is really sunny, light and spacious. It's a groundfloor apartment and there is a garden, a terrace and a big living room with the kitchen integrated. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub and we also have two toilets. We also have a swing :P
My Room goes to the Gardenside and is supersunny at day but can also be completely dark during the night with my schades. It's super quiet. I have a large bed with organic matress, Table and closet...

Die WG liegt im schönen 18. Bezirk zwischen Aumannplatz und dem Sternwartepark, auch zum Türkenschanzpark und zur Boku ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Der Aumannplatz ist nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt, von hier aus ist man mit der Bim (40/41) in wenigen Minuten an der U6 Währingerstraße/Volksoper und in ca. 15 Minuten am Schottentor. Sogar der Nightliner hält quasi vor der Haustür.
15 minutes from the city center, the tram 40+41 is just 2 minutes away, the U-Bahn u6 is 7 minutes away.
Nearby are several opportunities for grocery shopping, the big "türkenschanzpark" is about 10 minutes away, also the BOKU university.
Small cute caffees are nearby and a yoga studio.

Wir haben keinen strikten Putzplan o.Ä., allerdings legen wir Wert auf Sauberkeit und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und erwarten das auch von unserer/m zukünftiger/m Mitbewohner/in.
Generell sind wir ziemlich viel unterwegs, verbringen aber auch gerne Zeit gemeinsam und freuen uns über ein entspanntes Miteinander. Wir ernähren uns vegetarisch und vegan - das muss natürlich nicht heißen, dass du das auch tun musst.
Wir sind sehr offene und tolerante Menschen, und legen viel wert darauf dass jeder Mensch so sein kann wie er/sie/es möchte. Homophobie, Rassismus und jedliche Form von Intoleranz finden bei uns keinen Raum.

We like our home to be clean and organized, don't have a super strict plan to follow through but still want to be comfortable in our flat. Respectful living together is something we are think is very important.
We are generally both working/studying/traveling a lot but when we are at home we also like to spend time together, we are definitely not looking for someone who is ''just looking for a room''.
Drama free and relaxed athmosphere is something we value a lot. We cook vegan and vegetarian, which doesn't mean that you have to do the same though.
We are really openminded and would wish the same for our future flatmate. Homophobia, rasicm and intolerance is something that doesn't find space here.
I'm an uncomplicated, drama-free person and am always happy to meet new people, if you have more questions, just send me a message!
