weil es noch nicht genug anzeigen zur zwischenmiete gibt, werf ich hier mal noch eine ein :)
Mein Zimmer ist für den Zeitraum 15.7.-01.09. zu haben, aber ein-/auszug kann flexibel sein.
Ich wohne mit Vincent, Anton (4 Jahre) und Sambuca (Hund) zusammen. Anton ist Vincents Sohn. Alles sehr familiär also. Vincent ist die Ruhe weg, Anton sehr unkompliziert. Mit den zwei gibt es immer die Möglichkeit für Spaß und Unternehmungen. Wohnung lässt aber auch rückzug zu. Haben eine feine Küche, in der wir meist immer für alle mit kochen und ein super gemütliches Wohn-Esszimmer, in dem wir uns gerne treffen.
Miete: 310€/monat. Falls ihr weniger zahlen könnt, gebt Bescheid, dann schauen wir, wie sichs ausgeht.

hello everybody,
here is one more room for rent in the summer break!
I will leave vienna from mid of july until beginning of september but time is flexible.
i share the flat with vincent, anton and sambuca. the latter is a nice and fluffy dog. anton is four years-old, lovely child. well, and vincent is anton's father, sambuca's fellow, and a very relaxed flatmate.
we like to cook and share food, collect stuff, draw some paintings, go to türkenschanzpark..in the flat is also big living room which is very cosy and a meeting point for all of us. however, you can also easily stay on your own and rest in your room.
the total rent is 310€. if you can pay only less, we can figure sth. out.
we are looking forward to hearing from you!
