For people whose daily routine revolves around the university or BOKU, the arrangement is virtually ideal. The flat is situated only 15 minutes away from the Boku by foot and 5 tram stops away from the main uni campus. The nearest underground stop is U6 Währinger Straße/Volksoper station. Sternwartepark and Türkenschanzpark are situated in the immediate vicinity.

I am composing music and working on my masterthesis in architecture.
Attending theatre plays or concerts, mountainbike and traveling are some of my interests.
This always used to be a flat where people living here got along very well and sometimes even spent time together over a glass of wine or dinner, but it's also a flat where everyone just lives his/ her own life and is not obligated to hang out a lot. Nevertheless, we are very respectful with each other and our neighbours and are definitely no party flat. Having a quiet and nice home is top priority even if I practice the piano sometimes. I can use headphones if someone feels disturbed, so no loud E-guitar players at 11 o'clock at night! ;-)
