24m2 Zimmer im 18. Bezirk

Hallo,

mein Zimmer in einer Zauberhaften WG im 18. Bezirk wird frei!
Es ist ein geräumiges 24m2 großes Zimmer.

Die gesamten Möbel (Bett+Matratze+Lattenrost, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch samt Stuhl, Couch, Couchtisch, ein Regal, Teppich) würden dort bleiben und müssten bitte abgelöst werden (450€)

Der Preis ist unschlagbar, dafür gibt es leichte Abstriche beim Tageslicht. Da wir im EG wohnen, ist das Zimmer nicht besonders hell, aber dafür hat man sehr viel Platz.

Zur Lage
Die Straßenbahnlinien 40 & 41 sind 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Der Bus 40a ist 10 Min entfernt (37a nur unter der Woche).
Zur U6 Währinger Straße und nach Gersthof geht man jeweils etwa 10-15 Minuten, kann aber auch mit der Bim fahren.

Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe (etwa 5 Min) einen Penny, Bipa, DM und eine Bäckerei. Generell findet man auf der Währinger Straße alles was man so braucht (von Libro über eine Konditorei bis zu einem Haushaltswarenladen).

Außerdem liegt der wunderschöne Sternwartepark gleich ums Eck und der Türkenschanzpark lässt sich zu Fuß in etwa 10 Min erreichen. Besonders günstig auch für Boku- StudentInnen!

Also in der WG wohnen noch Gregor und Marion.

Gregor, kommt aus der nähe von Berlin, arbeitet bei der Ottakringer Brauerei, außerdem studiert er manchmal noch Publizistik und hat einige Shows beim Uniradio.

Marion kommt aus Bayern und studiert Forstwirtschaft an der Boku.

Das Zusammenleben mit den beiden ist überaus angenehm. Man kann sich immer zusammen in die Küche setzen und sich unterhalten oder ein Bier trinken, aber man kann sich auch jederzeit in sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Wir gehen manchmal zusammen aus.
Ich habe das WG-Leben als außerordentlich entspannt und angenehm empfunden.

Hello,
I am moving out of my 24m2 room in my lovely flat in the 18th district.

All of the furniture (bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk with chair, couch with small table, shelf, carpet) would stay in the room and cost 450 euro.

The price is unbeatable but there is a little bit of daylight shortage. Since we live in the first floor, the room is not the brightest but very spacious for that.

Location
The tram 40 and 41 are a 3-5 minute walk away.
The bus 40a is 10 minutes away (37a only on weekdays).
U6 Währinger Straße and Gersthof are each about 10-15 minutes, but to both you can take the tram.

Within about 5 minutes you are at Penny, Bipa, DM and a bakery. In general you can find everything you need at the Währinger Straße (Libro, confectionery, hardware store and so on).
Also the beautiful Sternwartepark is right around the corner as well as the Türkenschanzpark to which you need about 10 minutes. Very interesting for BOKU students, too.

In the flat also are living Gregor and Marion.

Gregor is from around Berlin, works for the Ottakringer Brewery, also sometimes studies Communication Science and has some shows at the Uniradio.

Marion is from Bavaria and studies Forestry at the BOKU. She is Dogsitter and loves to go into the nature.

I found the flat community very easy and relaxed. You can alway come and sit in the kitchen and have a talk or a beer (or both), but you also can spend time alone in your room if you want to. we sometimes go out together.
