Gemütliches, zentrales Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete / cosy & central room, intermediate rent

Die Lage ist zentral, man ist aber auch schnell im Grünen. Die Universität für Bodenkultur sind zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zur Hauptuniversität und damit ins Stadtzentrum fährt man zehn Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder man nimmt die Straßenbahn Nummer 42 die gleich um die Ecke abfährt. Das AKH/Medizinuniversität und die FHWien der WKW sind fünf Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Dort ist auch die nächste U-Bahn Haltestelle U6 AKH.

Das Schöne an Währing ist, dass es viele Parks in der Nähe gibt. Der Türkenschanzpark ist zehn Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt und somit die perfekte Route zum Joggen. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 15 Minuten im Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark und somit fast im Wald und kann das ein oder andere Reh sehen.

Im Bezirk gibt es eine Menge netter Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Besonders der Kutschkermarkt ist sehr nett. Supermärkte (Penny, Billa, Spar) sind gleich um die Ecke.

The apartment is located close to the center, nevertheless it only takes you a few minutes to get to a park or something resemebling the countryside. BOKU is a ten minute walk away. The University of Vienna and the historic center are ten minutes by bike or 15 by tram. To reach the Medical University, the FHWien and the nearest metro station U6 AKH it takes you 5 minutes by bike or 10 by foot.

The lovely thing about the quarter is that there is a lot of green only qalking distance away. Türkenschankpark is a nice jogging route and a lovely place to hang out and it takes you 10-15 minutes to walk there. Also there is Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark that is more like a spacious forest where you can spot deer only 15 minutes by tram away.

The quarter offers a lot of nice Cafés, Bars and Restaurants espacially at Kutschkermarkt. Supermarkets are just around the corner.

Du kannst dich darauf freuen mit Alex und Tobi zusammenzuleben. Wir hatten es immer sehr entspannt, haben WG-Brunches und Krimidinner veranstaltet. Bis dato hatten wir Open-Door-Policy für alle Freunde weil je mehr desto lustig. Wäre schön, wenn das mit dir so weitergehen könnte.

Alex ist Wienerin, Akrobatin und studiert im letzten Jahr Medizin. Sie ist gerne draußen, klettert, hat einen feinen Musikgeschmack, macht Akrobatik und hat einen Haufen netter Freunde die sie gut und oft bekocht. Manchmal macht sie Kuchen (viel zu selten!) dann duftet die ganze WG und man bekommt auch ein Stück ab.

Tobi ist aus Niederösterreich macht gerade seinen Master in Kulturtechnik und Wasserwirtschaft an der BOKU. Tobi wandert und klettert gut und gerne, hat schon im Südsudan gearbeitet und ist immer bereit für ein Bierchen, eine Sportsession oder Diskussionen über Politik. Und er hat Freunde die genauso feine Menschen sind wie er und Weltmeister beim Krimidinner.

Ich hoffe es findet sich jemand der die beiden so gerne mag wie ich. Perfekt wäre ein Menschmit dem man reden und alles ausreden kann, der sportlich, entspannt und offen ist. Bei Interesse schreib doch ein paar Zeilen über dich und deine Hobbies - wir freuen uns! :-)

You can look forward to sharing your home with Alex and Tobi. We had a relaxed time together, occasionally hosting Brunch or Krimidinner. Also we had an open door policy (because the more friends the merrier) and would like to keep it this way.

Alex is from Vienna, an acrobat and medicine student. She likes to be outside, to climb in- and outdoor and do any kind of sport, has a good taste in music and nice friends she occasionally cooks for. Sometimes she bakes cake (still too rarely for my taste). Then the apartment smells like heaven and you can enjoy cake which is nice.

Tobi studies at BOKU, is an outside person who likes to hike and climb. He is very sporty, open-minded, worked (besides other places) in Southsudan and is always up for a beer, a sports session or discussions about politics. And he has friends that are as fine people as him and masters at Krimidinner.

I hope to find somebody that likes the two as much as I do. An open-minded, sporty and relaxed person which is easy to talk to would be amazing. If you are interested shoot me a message with a few lines about you and your hobbies. We are looking forward! :-)

Wir haben bezaubernde Nachbarn die uns im Winter selbstgebackene Lebkuchen schenken und sonst auch bei allem behilflich sind. Außerdem ist im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses ein Leientheater. (just a heads up here)

Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum können wir uns gerne flexibel ausmachen.

Ich verlange Kaution für meine Möbel, wie hoch die ist sage ich dir dann bei Interesse.

We have lovely neighbors. In the wintertime they occasionally gift us with homemade gingerbread cake and offer a helping hand. Also on the ground floor of our house there is a community theatre.

In terms of moving in and out I am flexible about the date.
