Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett, ein Arbeitstisch, eine Kleiderschrank, und viel Platz zum Ausbreiten! Das große Doppelfenster lässt viel Licht ins Zimmer und bietet einen Ausblick auf die Terasse im ruhigen Innenhof. Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung eine Sauna.
I'm looking for a sub-rental for the Autumn (during the time that I will be working abroad). The room is big, full of light and very peaceful. Its fully furnished. The window opens to a roof garden. Great location between Naschmarkt and Wiednerhauptstrasse. Only 15 min walking distance away from Karlsplatz and 1st district!!!! Supermarket (1 min walk) and public transport very near (U4, U1, tram 1, tram 62, Bus 13A). You reach the Vienna main train station in 10 min and air port in 35 min so it is really a perfect location!!!
Kitchen is modern and very well equipped. Bathroom is beautiful and we have also an infrared sauna! In the flat there is dishwasher and washing machine. WLAN is included to the price.
15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Karlsplatz/Oper/Kärnterstraße, ganz in der Nähe ist der charmante Naschmarkt, außerdem gibt es gleich gegenüber einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke sowie diverse Shopping-Möglichkeiten. U1/U4/ Bus 13A sowie viele Straßenbahnen bringen Dich wohin du willst! Nur 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof und 35 min zum Flughafen!!!! Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft!

At the moment the both rooms in the flat are free for renting so if you want to rent the whole flat for your self it is possible. (whole rent is 960€ all inclusive). You can also share the flat with a friend. But of course you can rent only my room if you prefer so.
