Unsere Mitbewohnerin hat ihren PhD in der Tasche und verlässt uns leider Ende des Monats Richtung Übersee. Daher wird ab ANFANG JUNI ein Zimmer in unserer wunderschönen WG in der Johann-Strauß-Gasse frei.
Die Altbauwohnung ist insgesamt 114 Quadratmeter groß und besteht aus in etwa drei gleich großen Zimmern, die alle süd-westseitig im ersten Stock des Hauses liegen. Dein Zimmer wäre etwa 22 Quadratmeter. Außerdem gibt’s eine voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Geschirrspüler, einen großen Vorraum, ein weiteres Minizimmer, was gerade als Abstellzimmer/Wäscheaufhängzimmer genutzt wird – einem Bad und einer separaten Toilette (in der Wohnung).

Our flatmat finished her studies an is leaving us in direction oft the US by the end oft he month. So we’re looking for a new flatmate, starting from June the 1st.
Our wonderful flat (“Altbau” i.e. traditional Viennese building with beautiful high ceilings) has 3 large bedrooms (yours is ~22m2!). The room is bright due to its two windows that get the morning sun. The room, as well as most of the flat has lovely herringbone wooden floors. The flat is on the 1st floor, and there’s a nice cosy kitchen with all that is needed including a dishwashing machine. We also have a large hall, a bathroom, separate toilet and another small room that we use to store stuff and dry clothes.
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Sowohl der 13A Bus, als auch die Straßenbahnlinien 1, 62 und die Badener Bahn halten gleich ums Eck, sodass man in fünf Minuten jeweils am Karlsplatz, Hauptbahnhof oder auf der Wienzeile sein kann. Zur U1 Station Taubstummengasse sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß Zudem finden sich alle wichtigen Geschäfte gleich vor der Haustür: Spar Gourmet, DM, Bipa, Bäckerei Mann und Anker, Denns Bio-Markt, Libro, Reformhaus, Post, Banken...etc.

The flat is very central with great public transport connections. The 13A, 1, 62 and Badner Bahn are within 1min walking distance and the U1 Taubstummengasse as well as Hauptbahnhof are all within short walking distance. By public transport Karlsplatz is just 5 minutes away, Mariahilferstraße 15mins. We are just off the main street of Wiedner Hauptstraße that has everything you need: Spar, Denns Biomarkt, DM, Mann, Anker, Post, bank. There is also a Billa just up the street.
Wohnen würdest du gemeinsam mit Lukas (30, Filmemacher aus Südtirol) und Martin (28, Architekturstudent aus Salzburg). Wir sind prinzipiell eine ruhige WG, legen aber viel Wert auf ein respektvolles Miteinander.

We are Lukas, 30, a filmmaker form South-Tyrol and Martin, 28, architecture-student from Salzburg. About the shared apartment life: we like to have fun together occasionally, nevertheless everybody has his own space and privacy.
In der Miete von 440 Euro ist alles mit dabei! (Strom, Gas, Wasser, Betriebskosten, und superschnelles Internet). Die Ablöse für die Möbel beträgt 400 Euro, das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet. Die Kaution kommt auf 920 Euro, welche Du bei Auszug natürlich rückerstattet bekommst.

The all inc. rent is 440 Euros. The room itself comes fully furnished for a replacement of 400 Euros , and the deposit is 920 euros.
