Ab 1. Juni wird ein 10 m2 großes Zimmer bei uns frei. Es kostet 340.- (alles inkludiert). Es ist unmöbliert.

Wer sind wir? Laetitia, Theaterpädagogin und ich, Chris - Kunststudentin.
Wir sind beide eher ruhig und habens zu Hause gerne sauber und gemütlich – keine Party-WG.
Die U1 Station Taubstummengasse ist gleich ums Eck und zum Karlsplatz gehst du 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch noch ganz in der Nähe: U4 Kettenbrückengasse, Naschmarkt, Margaretenstraße…viele Geschäfte, Bars, Galerien.
Es ist also superzentral!
Die Wohnung ist eine sehr schöne Altbauwohnung. Es gibt ein kleines Bad mit WC und Dusche und eine kleine Küche, mit Waschmaschine, großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, usw. … es ist alles da was man so braucht.
Auf einer Seite der Wohnung schaut man raus auf einen begrünten Innenhof.
