Hey hey!
I am going to be shortly away from Vienna so we're looking for someone to sublet my room ONLY FOR ONE MONTH (available from 12 Oct. till 8 Nov. 2023).
Both my roommate and I study in Angwadte and we decorate our apartment in a very relaxed, artistic way. Our flat is illuminated with sunshine, so that you can see the sunrise from my room (which is great in winter) and sunset when you're having an early dinner in the kitchen. For that reason our houseplants are well-grown and we do have lots of them. So, we are also expecting someone who can appreciate that and love the way we have lived together.
We have a great coffee machine, which will surely enrich your cosy morning with a cappuccino, and I have a big working desk with two monitors so that you can work perfectly in my room if you needed. We have a nice bathroom with a bathtub for relaxation and a separate toilet. The flat is on the 5th floor without an elevator, in so far, we all managed, including moving all the furniture up.
Location and Facts:
Eurospar is very close, no need to worry about DM, Hofer, Penny, everything is at the right distance, which means it is very accessible. On weekends, the market in Meidlinger is very walkable under nice weather, further down, Meiling Hauptstrasse offers many shopping options as well. The post is right across the street and amazon will be delivered by the door.
The tram stops directly downstairs. The nearest metro is U4 Langenfledergasse, if you are travelling all the time, we are very close to Meidling station, only 7min by tram.
In general, the apartment is really nice and the price is very fair for students.

Wir suchen ein/einer Mitbewohner/in der mein Zimmer NUR FÜR EINEN MONAT untervermietet (verfügbar vom 12. Okt. bis 8. Nov.).
Sowohl mein Mitbewohner als auch ich studieren in der Angwadte und wir dekorieren unsere Wohnung auf eine sehr entspannte, künstlerische Art und Weise. Mittlerweile ist unsere Wohnung sehr sonnig und man kann den Sonnenaufgang von meinem Zimmer aus sehen, was im Winter großartig ist. Und wenn wir früh zu Abend essen, erstrahlt die Küche immer im Licht des Sonnenuntergangs, so dass die Zimmerpflanzen hier wunderbar wachsen und wir viele davon haben. Wir suchen jemanden, der das schätzen kann und die Art und Weise, wie wir zusammen gelebt haben, liebt.
Wir haben eine tolle Kaffeemaschine, die einen gemütlichen Morgen mit Cappuccino sehr bereichert, und ich habe Monitore für meinen Computer, damit Sie bei Bedarf auch gut in meinem Zimmer arbeiten können.Wir haben ein schönes Bad mit Badewanne und ein davon getrenntes Klo an dem ziemliche Narrenfreiheit herrscht, was die Dekoration angeht. Sie ist im 5. Stock ohne Lift.
Eurospar ist ganz in der Nähe, die Straßenbahn hält direkt unten. Die nächste U-Bahn ist U4 Langenfledergasse, und da es sich um Wien handelt, ist alles in der richtigen Entfernung, was sehr praktisch ist.
Allgemein ist die Wohnung wirklich schön, hat einen unbezahlbaren Retro Flair (wenn man das denn mag) .
