Süße 2er WG Nähe Hauptbahnhof sucht neue Bewohner (Zimmer 1)

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochpatere in der Gassergasse Nr.22 im 5. Gemeindebezirk an der Grenze zum 4.Bezirk Nahe dem Hauptbahnhof.
Franz und ich wohnen gleich in der nächsten Gasse.
Ich würde die Lage für Wien eher als ruhig oder "gemütlich" bezeichnen....allerdings bist Du in zwei Minuten unten auf der Wiedner Hauptstraße, wo schon deutlich mehr los ist.
Falls du gern Joga machst kann ich das "Joga Loft" auf der Wiedner Hauptstraße wärmstens empfehlen, das ist meiner Meinung nach das beste Studio in Wien.
Wenn du eher raus ins Grüne willst bietet sich der Alois Drasche Park an den du in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreicht oder auch das nicht allzu weit entfernte Erholungsgebiet am Wienerberg wo es tolle Laufstrecken und einen natürlichen Badesee gibt.
Möchtest Du die Öffis nutzen findest du in fußläufiger Entfernung die Station Südtiroler Platz (U1) und den Hauptbahnhof von Wien.
Mit der U-Bahn Linie U1 gelangt man in nur drei Stationen zum "Stephansplatz" um dort den berühmten Stephansdom und das Zentrum der Altstadt finden.

The apartment is located at Gassergasse No. 22 in the 5th district on the border with the 4th district near the main train station.
Franz and I live right next in the alley.
I would describe the location as quiet or "cozy" for Vienna....however, in two minutes you can be down on Wiedner Hauptstraße, where there is a lot more going on.
If you like yoga, I can highly recommend the “Joga Loft” on Wiedner Hauptstraße, which is, in my opinion, the best studio in Vienna.
If you'd rather get out into the countryside, there's the Alois Drasche Park, which you can reach in two minutes on foot, or the not-too-distant recreation area at Wienerberg, where there are great running routes and a natural swimming lake.
If you would like to use public transport, you will find the Südtiroler Platz station (U1) and Vienna Central Station within walking distance.
The U1 subway line takes you to “Stephansplatz” in just three stops where you will find the famous St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the center of the old town.

Das Haus ist ordentlich gepflegt und es wohnen viele Eigentümer selbst im Haus. Es gibt sogar ein Hausbesorger Pärchen die in der Nachbarwohnung wohnen.
Vor den Haus und im Innenhof befindet sich ein kleiner Garten um den sich eine ältere Dame und ihre Tochter kümmern die beide im 5.Stock wohnen. Man kennt sich untereinander respektiert und grüßt sich was für Wiener Verhältnisse leider eine absolute Seltenheit ist...Nathalie hat zum Beispiel mit den Nachbarn zu Weihnachten Kekse gebacken...

Wir suchen daher zwei eher ruhige Mieterinnen die die Sturm und Dang Zeit schon hinter sich haben. Keine "Party People".


The house is well maintained and many of the owners live in the house. There is even a caretaker who lives in the neighboring apartment.
In front of the house and in the inner courtyard there is a small garden that is looked after by an older lady and her daughter, who both live on the 5th floor. People respect each other and greet each other, which is unfortunately an absolute rarity for Vienna...For example, Nathalie baked cookies with the neighbors for Christmas...

We are therefore looking for two rather quiet tenants who have already had the storm and dang time behind them. No “party people”.
