Wir haben ein helles, geräumiges Zimmer in unserer WG frei und suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner*in. Das Zimmer ist 24 qm groß und verfügt über zwei große Fenster, das nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, was für viel natürliches Licht sorgt. Direkt vor dem Fenster ist auch ein schöner großer Baum, wo Vögel zwitschern. Das Zimmer ist separat begehbar und liegt an einer ruhigen Fahrradstraße, was für eine angenehme Wohnatmosphäre sorgt.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der Pfeilgasse im schönen 1080 Wien und umfasst insgesamt 138 qm. Neben deinem zukünftigen Zimmer bieten wir ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, Badewanne und Dusche, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Abstellraum, ein separates WC und einen kleinen Balkon.
Wir sind eine saubere WG von berufstätigen Personen, die unter der Woche viel arbeiten und daher eher ruhig sind. An den Wochenenden sind wir gerne sportlich aktiv und genießen es auch hin und wieder, gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen oder einfach gemütlich beisammenzusitzen.

Hello prospective flatmates,
We have a bright, spacious room available in our shared apartment and we are looking for a new housemate to join us. The room is 24 sqm in size and features a south-facing windows, providing plenty of natural light. It is separately accessible and located on a quiet bicycle street, with a big tree with birds in front of the window, ensuring a peaceful living environment.
Our apartment is situated in Pfeilgasse in the lovely 1080 Vienna and spans a total of 138 sqm. In addition to your future room, we offer a communal living room, a bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, and a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room, a separate toilet, and a small balcony perfect for soaking up some fresh air.
We are a group of clean, working professionals who tend to have busy weekdays and thus maintain a relatively quiet atmosphere at home. On weekends, we enjoy staying active with sports and appreciate spending time together or simply relaxing.
