Wir sind Walter und Kati und suchen einen Mitbewohnern (!) für ein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist eine Altbauwohnung mit großen Räumen und ist ca. 90m2 groß. Dazu gehören 3 getrennt begehbare Zimmer, Küche, getrenntes WC, sehr großes Badezimmer und eine kleine Frühstücksecke. Da der Walter jedes Wochenende weg ist, ist sein Zimmer gleichzeitig auch ein Wohnzimmer, wo wir gerne mit unseren Freunden Abendessen und eine Flasche Wein genießen und wo wir auch allermögliche Musik zusammen machen. Also, die Musiker sind bevorzugt ;)
Atención!!! Die Ein- und Auszugsdaten sind flexibel aber prinzipiell kann das Zimmer ab 1. Februar vermietet werden. Das helle vollmöbliertes Zimmer ist ungefähr 10m2 groß. Im Zimmer bleiben: ein Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal und Schrank. Die Miete von 350 eur sind bereits alle Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas, sowie Internet enthalten. Kaution - 700 eur.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Bezirk zwischen U1 Vorgartenstraße und U2 Messe-Prater Stationen.
10 Gehminuten zum Praterstern.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ein super Ort für Joggingbegeisterten.
In der Wohnung bleiben:
Walter, "Der Ingwer-Mann" oder "Der Verschwörungstheoretiker", ist etwa älter, arbeitet als Bauingenieur in seiner eigenen Firma, hat aber Sinologie und Ethnologie studiert. Wohnt zwischen Wien und Budapest. Kocht gerne á la chinesisch und führt gerne Gespräche über russische und amerikanische Politik. Lieblingsmusikinstrument – Klarinette und Saxophon.
"Die quirlige Kati" - ist eine kosmopolitische Mischung mit finnischen und s(k)lawischen Wurzeln, jetzt aber Wahl-Wienerin. Studiert Sprach-, Kultur- und Sozialwissenschaften, sublimiert im Flamenco-Tanz, spielt sozialistische chilenische Lieder auf der Gitarre und jobbt in der Gastro. Manchmal bringt sie Essen aus der Arbeit. Dann freuen sich alle Mitbewohner. Lieblingssprache - Oberösterreichisch.
Wir kochen, haben Frühstück, trinken Wein, trennen Müll, baden in der Donau und reden über Politik gern zusammen. Also, bitte, Keine Zweck-WG.

Hi everyone!
We are Walter and Kati and currently looking for a new MALE flatmate. The apartment is about 90m2 and has 3 separately accessible rooms, kitchen, separate WC, very big bathroom and a nice cozy place for having breakfast. Because Walter is every weekend away, so his room is at the same time our living room, meeting place for having dinner, sharing a bottle of wine with our friends and making jam-session! So musician are privileged ;)
Atención! The moving in dates are flexible but basically the room is available starting the 1 of February. The room is about 10m2, sunny and quiet. In the room you will find everything what your heart desires: a double bed, work desk, dresser, bookshelf, cupboard. The rent is 350 eur and includes all costs. Deposit - 700 eur.
The apartment is situated in the 2. district between U1 Vorgartenstraße und U2 Messe-Prater subway stations, 10 min to Praterstern. All shopping possibilities are also within walking distance. Very nice area who are passionate about jogging.
Walter, "The Ginger-Man" or "The Conspiracy Theorist", is kind of older. He works as a construction engineer in his own firm, but studied Sinology and Ethnology. Lives between Vienna and Budapest. He likes cooking á la Chinese and having conversations about Russian and American politics. Favourite instrument – Clarinet and Saxophone.
"The Nomad-Kati" is a cosmopolitan mixture with Finnish and Slav(e) roots, now legal in Vienna. Studies culture-, linguistic- and social sciences, sublimates in Flamenco-dance, plays socialist chilean songs on the guitar and does random jobs in the gastronomy. Sometimes she brings food home. Then all flatmates are happy. Favourite language - Upper Austrian.
We cook, make music, have breakfast, drink wine, recycle, speak about politics together. So, please, NO Zweck-WG (where everyone seats in his own room 24/7 with a grumpy face)
