Das Zimmer hat die Fenster zum Innenhof, es ist also sehr ruhig und man hört keine Straßengeräusche.
Die Fenster gehen Richtung Norden, im Sommer ist es also angenehm kühl.
Das Kallaxregal, der Schrank und die Kommode sind noch von unserer Vermieterin und stehen gratis zur Benutzung zur Verfügung.
Auf Wunsch können ein grosses Bett mit Matratze, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Regaleinsätze und ein Verdunklungsrolle gegen eine Ablöse von 300 Euro übernommen werden.
Bezug ist schon ab Ende August möglich.
The room has a window to the inner courtyard, so it is quite quiet and you do not hear the traffic.
The window is facing North. It is the coolest room in Summer.
The Kallaxshelf, the wardrobe and the dresser are still from our landlady and for free use.
If you like you could keep the bed with mattress, the desk with a chair, boxes for the shelf and window shades for a one-off payment of 300 Euros.
Moving in is already possible at the end of August.
Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist Nestroyplatz mit ca 4 Gehminuten; in 7-9 Minuten ist man sowohl am Praterstern als auch bei der U2 Tabortstrasse (super für die Hauptuni).
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist der Billa zwei Häuser weiter.
Im Grätzl gibt es viele kleine Bars, gute Restaurants und wir sind nicht weit vom Augarten und dem Donaukanal.
The closest subway station is the U1 Nestroyplatz (4 min by foot); in 7-9 in you are either at Praterstern or Taborstrasse (perfect for the main universiy).
The next shop is Billa, two houses down the road.
Our hood is full of little bars, good restaurants and we are close to Augarten and Donaukanal.
Wir sind Paula (22) und Romina (25);
wir studieren (Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie/Psychologie), arbeiten (Bar/Bibliothek),
sind gerne ( auch gemeinsam) unterwegs oder laden Freunde zu uns ein.
Ab und an starten wir mehr oder minder erfolgreiche Versuche Laufen zu gehen, fahren gemeinsam weg, transportieren aberwitzige Möbel über Willhaben mit den Öffis nach Hause, gehen Fotografieren oder ins Kino.
Für uns ist die WG unser kleines Zuhause.

We are Paula (22) and Romina (25);
we study (Cultural and Social Anthropology/ Psychology), work (Bar/Library),
like to be on the road (also together) or invite friends over.
Every now and then we start a more or less successful attempt to do sports together, go on vacation, transport ridiculous furniture from Willhaben with the public transport, go out take photos or to the cinema.
For us is our flat the place we feel at home :)
