Das 11 m2 große und helle Zimmer liegt im dritten Lift- Stock und hat Blick zum Hinterhof, was es zu einem ruhigen Rückzugsplatz in unserer 3er Wg macht. Die schöne und sanierte Altbauwohnung gliedert sich in: Vorzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer, einer Wohnküche die mit allen Geräten ausgestattet ist und mit dem Esstisch als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden kann. Sowie einem Bad mit Wanne, einer Waschmaschine und einem separat begehbaren Wc. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit neuen Fenstern ausgestattet und das zu vermietende Zimmer in Schwedenblau gestrichen.
Trotz fehlenden Balkon gibt es eine Sitzmöglichkeit im Innenhof die im Sommer zum Kaffee trinken oder lernen genutzt werden kann.

The 11 m2 large and bright room is located on the third floor and has a view to the backyard, which makes it a quiet place of retreat in our shared apartment. The beautiful and renovated old building is divided into: anteroom, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, which is equipped with all appliances and can be used as a common room with the dining table. As well as a bathroom with a tub, a washing machine and a separate toilet. The whole apartment is equipped with new windows and the available room is painted in Swedish blue. Despite missing balcony, there is a sitting possibility in the backyard wich can be used for learning or drinking coffee in the summer.
Das Haus liegt in der Steingasse fast direkt an der Kreuzung zum Rennweg.
8 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Rennweg (S-Bahn Verbindungen),
2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Straßenbahn 71,
10 Minuten zu Fuß zur U3 Station Kardinal Nagel Platz.
In der Nähe befinden sich ein Spar und ein Billa.

Wir kommen beide aus NÖ und ziehen jetzt fürs Studium nach Wien. Ich (Clara) studiere im 1. Semester Ergotherapie auf der FH Campus Wien, Deniz studiert im 1. Semester Informatik an der TU. Dadurch, dass wir selbst erst anfangen, sind Studienanfänger und Leute ohne vorherige WG Erfahrung willkommen. Wir freuen wir uns schon auf die Möglichkeit Wien zu erforschen, und auf gemütliche Abende, wo wir in der WG gemeinsames kochen und essen.

We both come from Lower Austria and are now moving to Vienna to study. I (Clara) am in my first semester of Occupational Therapy at FH Campus Wien, Deniz is in his first Semetser of IT at TU. We're just starting to study ourselves, so first-year students and people with no prior apartment sharing experience are welcome. We look forward to discover Vienna, and enjoy relaxed evenings cooking together at home.
Das Zimmer ist frei von 1. Oktober 2019 bis 30. September 2020.
Alle Fotos sind von der Besichtigung, die Möbel sind daher von den jetzigen Mietern. Am 1. Oktober wird die Wohnung bis auf die Küchenzeile leer sein.
