Das Zimmer hat ca. 24 Quadratmeter mit zwei großen Fenstern und Blick ins Grüne. Es handelt sich um eine ca. 80m2 Altbauwohnung mit Gasheizung im Hochparterre. Ein Gemeinschaftsgarten hinter dem Haus steht zur Verfügung und wir haben auch ein kleines Kellerabteil. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und die notwendigen Haushaltsgeräte sind natürlich alle vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, jedoch können ein Schreibtisch und Sideboard billig abgelöste werden.

The room has about 24 square meters with two large windows looking directly into the green. It is about 80 square meters with gas heating is in the mezzanine. A shared garden behind the house is available and we also have a small cellar compartment. Washing machine, dishwasher and the necessary kitchen appliance are of course available. It is unfurnished but a desk and sideboard could be bought cheaply from the current resident.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage direkt neben dem Augarten, aber nur 3 Gehminuten von der U2 Station Taborstraße, sowie der 2er Tram und dem Bus 5b entfernt. Auch die Anbindung zur SBahn und anderen Ubahnen funktioniert sehr gut. Perfekte Lage für WU, Uni Wien oder TU Karlsplatz Studenten.
The apartment is in a quiet location next to the Augarten, but still only 3 minutes from U2 station Taborstraße. Also tram 2 and bus 5b are very close. Connection to trains and other metros ist working really well. The apartment is in a good location for students of WU, Uni Wien or TU Karlsplatz.
Ich bin eine 22-jährige Studentin die nicht nur nach einer bloßen Zweck WG sucht, sondern auch gerne mal was gemeinsam unternimmt oder einen gemütlichen Abend miteinander verbringt. Ich bin eine aktive Person die sich gerne draußen bewegt und Sport macht oder mit Freunden ausgeht, aber auch hin und wieder mal einen Tag gemütlich daheim auf der couch verbringen kann. Eine ordentliche und saubere WG ist mir sehr wichtig, wobei ich nicht auf einen starren putzplan hören muss, sondern eine spontane aber faire aufteilung bevorzuge. Ich kann mich aber auch an deine Wünsche anpassen.
I am a 22-year-old student who is not looking for a mere purpose shared flat, but also likes going out or spending nice evenings together every now and then. I am an active person who likes to exercise and do sports or go out with friends, anyway I can also spend a day just chilling at home. A tidy and clean flat is very important to me, but I don't need to have a strict cleaning plan, since I prefer a spontaneous but fair distribution.
Die all inkl. Miete beträgt 468 € (auch Internet) und die Kaution beträgt 2 Monatsmieten.
