Das Zimmer ist ruhig, hell und hofseitig gelegen. Da bereits ein Hochbett vorhanden ist, wird der Raum ideal genutzt. Die hohen Decken machen das Zimmer auch nochmal deutlich größer.
Anmerkungen zur Wohnung:
Das Bad ist zwischen Katarina's Zimmer und dem Vorraum.
Wohnung befindet sich gerade in der Renovierung und vorgesehen wird 1. Juli zum einziehen.
ACHTUNG: Fotos sind vor dem Renovierung entstanden.
This is a small quiet room with the view towards the inner courtyard. Nevertheless, thanks to the high walls there is a very comfortable gallery for the bed (140x200 size of a mattress) that also significantly makes room bigger.
Note: The bathroom is located between my room and the foyer.
Note to the note: I lived in the flat for more than one and a half year and that fact was never a problem, everyone had enough time for long baths showers etc.
At the moment flat is being renovated and the photos are made before the renovating.
Possible date to move is 1st of July.
Die Wohnung liegt in wunderschöner Lage im 17. Bezirk in der Nähe von der S-Bahn Station Hernals (S-45) sowie der 2er, 10er und 43er Bim. Jeweils in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Der Verkehr auf der Hauptstraße ist in unseren Zimmern kaum bzw. in deinem Zimmer gar nicht zu hören.
Stadtauswärts gelangt man recht schnell in den Schwarzenbergpark. Man ist sowohl an das Stadtzentrum als auch an den Wald sehr gut angebunden.
The flat is located in beautiful and green 17th district, near to the train station Hernals as well as tram number 2,10 and 43.
The noise from the street is not noticeable in any of the rooms so it really makes it perfect from studying and resting.
In general is the connection to the downtown as well to the nature easily and quickly reachable.
Hera (4) und Ich (34) sind auf der Suche nach noch eine(n) nette(n) MitbewohnerIn. (zum merken: eine zweite größere Zimmer wird auch frei)
Hera ist eine sensible und ruhige Hündin die mich seit 3,5 Jahre durch das Leben begleitet. Sie befindet sich gerade in einer Therapiebegleithund-Ausbildung und dadurch braucht sie ihren Rückzugsort und Ruhe.
Wir führen ein ruhiges WG Leben, mit viel Rücksicht auf andere und unsere eigene Bedürfnisse, und uns ist wichtig dass sich jeder im Haus wohl fühlt.
Wir haben einen Putzplan mit dem wir die Putzaufgaben des Haushalts einmal pro Woche durchführen.
Da ich vegan lebe würde mir eine gleich gesinnte MitbewohnerIn wünschen, vegan oder vegetarisch.
Hera and I are on the quest for new flatmates! Hera is 4y.o. settermix, sensitive but very kind dog that is most of the time quiet and after long walks and hikes and since she is also working as a therapy dog she definitely needs a lot of rest.
In general the life in the flat is easy and quiet.
There is a cleaning plan, so everybody gets the chance to show the cleaning skills.
Since I and partly Hera live vegan I would be very happy to welcome the people of the same kind mind.
