Nachmieter*in gesucht für ein großes Zimmer in einer 2er-WG.
Die Altbau-Wohnung im Hochparterre auf der Neulerchenfelderstraße hat insgesamt 75 m² und teilt sich in 2 große und ein kleines Zimmer (mit dem klassischen Fischgräten-Parkett), eine Küche, separates WC, Bad und einen geräumigen Flur auf. Es steht in einem der großen Zimmer – dem Wohnzimmer – ein Holzofen, der für eine flauschige Atmosphäre an kalten Wintertagen sorgt.
Frei wird das zweite große Zimmer (unmöbliert) mit ca. 22 m², das mit zwei Fenstern in den relativ hellen, ruhigen und großen Innenhof zeigt. Hinter der Stiege Zwei dieses Hauses gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsgarten und zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil (8 m²). Räder finden im Keller auch Parkmöglichkeiten.

Flatmate wanted for a big room in a shared flat suitable for two
The flat is located in the first floor at Neulerchenfelderstraße and is 75m² in size. There are two bedrooms, one big (currently free) and a smaller one. There is also a kitchen, spacious living room, bathroom and seperate toilet and a spacious entrance room and hall. There is central heating and for a cosy atmosphere there is a wood stove in the living room.
The vacant room has no furniture. The fold out couch from the living room could sub for a bed for a bit thought. The room is approximately 22 m² big, has two windows. The room is relatively bright, facing into a big court yard which makes ir very quiet appart from chirping birds. Behind the next house there is a communal garden, can be accessed through the cellar of the next house. We also have a dry cellar of about 8 m². Bikes can be parked in the cellar too.
Die U6 Station Josephstädter Straße und die 2-er Straßenbahn sind 2 Minuten entfernt (Wegen der Innenhoflage ist dennoch nur Vogelgezwitscher zu hören)
The U6 underground as well as the No. 2 Tram is within 2 walking minutes.
Die Mitbewohnerin, die im kleinen Zimmer wohnt, ist Tina, 31, Physiotherapeutin und berufsbedingt immer wieder mal für ein paar Tage oder Wochen unterwegs. Sie kocht gerne, ist sportbegeistert und immer gerne für eine Plauderei zu haben. Sie wünscht sich eine*n liebe*n Mitbewohner*in, mit dem Gedanken, mehr, als nur nebeneinander her zu leben und evtl. ab und zu etwas gemeinsam zu kochen, oder zu unternehmen. Genaueres gerne persönlich.
The remaining flatmate, living in the smaller toom, is Tina. She is 31 years old, Physiotherapist and in the course of her work occationaly traveling for few weeks at a time. She likes to cook, is up for various sports (climbing, skating, cycling...) and up for a chat of course as well.
She hopes for a flatmate that enjoys the benefit of shared housing, some time together and having some space to themselves of course as well. More in a personal chat/at a viewing :)
