We are renting 2 rooms in a huge shared-house in the 18th district Währing/Sternwartestraße 34. Nearby is the University for agriculture (BOKU) (10 min. walking) as well as the university for translation (Uni Wien)(5 min. walking).
We are 9 flatmates and most of the people have been friends for a long time, when moved in our own house with garden and two balconies in August 2017.
The house has four floors and room is in the Souterrain (=ground-floor), which consists of two rooms, a living room/kitchen (about 20qm), a bathroom, a toilet, storage room, which are fully furnished. So the ground floor space is shared between you and 1 more person and has its own entrance.
There are three more floors above and you are very welcome to come upstairs and hang out with others. There are several living rooms, two terraces, a garage, a cellar and an awesome, big garden, which is available for all of us.
The beauty of this room is its location in the house: if you want to be outgoing and spend time with the rest of the people (and maybe have a long and interesting conversation and a glass of something) you can just go one floor up to the main kitchen or a living room and join the company. But if you would like to relax and re-charge your resources, you can just stay downstairs, have everything you need there and would not hear what is happening upstairs.
We are a mixed bunch of friends, outgoing, party- and film-loving and a dog.

Wir sind 8 Freunde die im August 2017 in ein eigenes Haus mit Garten und 2 Terrassen gesiedelt sind. Dafür suchen wir eine/n kontaktfreudige/n, liebe/n MitbewohnerIn für ein Semester.
Das Haus besteht aus vier Stockwerken, zu vermieten wäre ein Zimmer im Souterrain, welcher aus zwei Zimmern ( ca. 10qm 450€ und 14qm 490€), sowie einer Wohnküche ( ca. 20qm) einem eigenem Bad, Abstellraum und separatem Zugang besteht. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Bett, einen Kasten, Wohnküche ist mit einer Küchenzeile versehen.
Die oberen drei Stockwerke werden von uns bezogen. Es gibt mehrere Wohnbereiche, zwei Terrassen, eine Garage, einen Keller und einen großen Garten, der allen zur Verfügung stehen soll.
