I hereby have a good option for you to consider, if you want to live at green area but close to transportation,
also residential area close to city center and Haupt Uni campus. i want to find a nice nachmieterin, cos i am moving out soon. everything is almost new, landlord just renovated many parts, new washing machines and you will have one seperate refrigerator for you only person. It is fully furnished!!! bed, desk, chairs, lamps, small closet, bookshelves, trash bin, bed linens, cover, pillow, etc.
6 mins by foot to U 6 station (Volkstheater währingerstraße), also it is close to tram station 43, 40, 41 to city center direction. 40 A bus is also just around the corner. It is a location very conenient to move and a perfect place to reach anywhere. moreover, BILLA, SPAR, HOFER, DM and one Apotheke is a few steps a way in 10 mins
Since, i have to charge you furniture 80 euros (including internet modem) for i bought, pls consider that. I only look for a FEMALE mate, since the showerroom is outside the room (at the co-living area)
also, the room is cozy and warm, also very bright. (I think it is a good place to stay especially during sommer and spring) you can see outside to get fresh air, and you are not so visible from outside.
even though the grütel is nearby, It is not so noisy, you will see for yourself
for the rent, you pay everymonth 280 euro to landlord, 55 for gas to flatmate, internet 10 euro, so in total 345 euro (month), very reasonable
You will live with Diana(30) who is mostly at work, also she likes to work-out, not so much at home and cooking.
you will enjoy time for yourself. not so disturbed.
