I’m leaving my small, yet comfortable room of 10m2 in a spacious shared apartment. The room comes equipped with a relatively new bed, a big cupboard for storage, a desk and a desk chair. You'll have access to three bathrooms - two small ones and one large bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
The flat itself is quite large and has two floors.
The common areas of the apartment are located downstairs and include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large couch and lounge area to hang out, and a large balcony. Perfect to have friends over. Upstairs you'll find the bedrooms, including your own, a small and large bathroom. And a laundry room with a wasching maschine.
The location of the apartment is really nice - situated in a quiet area near the old Danube river, you'll have access to a wonderful lake area to spend time at, go for walks, and go swimming in summer. Additionally, you're only 5 minutes away from the U1 station, which takes you to the city center in no time.
If you're a veterinary medicine student, this apartment is perfect for you - the university is just a short walk away!
You'll be sharing the apartment with Giuseppe, Sergio, Fabian and Michele, a friendly and mixed group of people. Everyone in the house enjoys having daily conversations and gathering together to cook or watch a movie. The co-living spirit is very friendly, and everyone respects each other's timings and plans within the household.
The deposit would be 920€. The rent is 300€ and the monthly internet fee plus gas would be 38€.
