wir haben ein freies Zimmer in unserer "Haushälfte".
Unsere Haushälfte befindet sich im 7. Bezirk in einem wunderschönen, begrünten Innenhof.
Die WG ist auf 3 Ebenen verteilt.

Im 1. Stock befindet sich ein großer gemeinsamer Wohnbereich mit Wohnküche.
Da das Dach teilweise aus Glas ist (Wintergarten), ist die Wohnküche sehr hell.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder mit jeweils Klo und Badewanne/Dusche.
Dein Zimmer:
Dein Zimmer ist im Gegensatz zum Rest der Wohnung noch im Altbau-Stil gehalten und hat daher eine hohe Decke. Es liegt im 1. Stock mit Blick auf den grünen Innenhof und bietet super viel Stauraum: Einerseits befinden sich unter den Altbau-Fenstern eingebaute Kästen, andererseits würde auch der riesige Pax-Kleiderschrank im Zimmer verbleiben. Wir möchten gerne das Zimmer voll möbliert OHNE Ablöse übergeben, das heißt du hast bereits Bett, Kleiderschrank und einen Schreibtisch im Zimmer parat :)
Da die Wohnung in einem Innenhof liegt, führt auch keine Straße an deinem Zimmer vorbei.
Dein Zimmer hat ca. 18 m2, der Rest der Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestaltet. Auf jeden Bewohner kommen durchgerechnet ca. 40m2.

we have a free room in our "Haushälfte".
Our house half is located in the 7th district in a beautiful, leafy courtyard.
The WG is distributed on 3 levels.

On the 1st floor there is a large common living area with eat-in kitchen.
Since the roof is partly made of glass (winter garden), the kitchen-living room is very bright.
The apartment has two bathrooms, each with toilet and bathtub/shower.
Your room:
Your room is in contrast to the rest of the apartment still in the old building style and therefore has a high ceiling. It is located on the 1st floor overlooking the green courtyard and offers super storage space: On the one hand, there are built-in boxes under the old building windows, on the other hand, the huge Pax closet would also remain in the room. We would like to hand over the room fully furnished WITHOUT any charge, which means you already have bed, closet and a desk ready in the room :)
Since the apartment is located in a courtyard, there is no street leading past your room.
Your room has about 18 m2 and the apartment is overall very spacious. Each resident has about 40m2 of space.
Die Haushälfte liegt sehr zentral im 7. Bezirk zwischen Zieglergasse U3 und Westbahnhof/Stadthalle U6 - beide Stationen sind ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Öffi-Anbindung ist daher super und Wien in alle Richtungen schnell erreichbar.
Die Haushälfte befindet sich in einem Innenhof, sodass es sehr ruhig gelegen ist, vom Straßenlärm bekommt man nichts mit.
Der Innenhof wird von den Nutzern der Anlage mit viel Liebe gepflegt und es sind dementsprechend viele Pflanzen dort.

The house is very centrally located in the 7th district between Zieglergasse U3 and Westbahnhof/Stadthalle U6 - both stations are about 8 minutes walk away.
The public transport connection is therefore super and Vienna can be reached quickly in all directions.
The house is located in an inner courtyard, so it is very quiet, from the street noise you get nothing.
The courtyard is maintained by the users of the facility with much love and there are accordingly many plants there.
Das WG- Leben setzt sich aus mir, Lilly (28) und Lisa (27) zusammen. Wir leben ein ziemlich busy Life, sind beide Vollzeit berufstätig und recht viel unterwegs, du hättest also auf jeden Fall viel Raum dich in der WG auszubreiten :)

The WG life is composed of me, Lilly (28) and Lisa (27). We live a pretty busy life, are both full-time professionals and quite a lot on the road, so you would definitely have a lot of room to spread out in the WG :)
WICHTIG:
Das Zimmer steht zur befristeten Miete von 01.07. (Einzugsdatum verhandelbar, bis 31.08. möglich) bis 15.11.2023 zur Verfügung. Der aktuelle Hauptmietvertrag ist befristet bis Mitte November, da wir beide dann fix ausziehen um ein neues Chapter zu starten und auf Reisen zu gehen :)
Es besteht grundsätzlich die Möglichkeit zur neuen Vertragsschließung als Hauptmieter ab Mitte November. Die Vermieterin lebt selbst in Spanien (hat somit keinen Eigenbedarfs) und hat die Wohnung bisher gerne an junge Berufstätige oder Student:innen vermietet. Gerne können wir Details bei einem Kennenlernen besprechen bzw. den Kontakt zur Vermieterin diesbezüglich herstellen.
Weitere Infos:
Fahrräder kann man im Innenhof abstellen.
Es ist auch ein Stauraum sowie ein riesiger Keller vorhanden. Der Keller ist allerdings feucht. Falls du dort etwas lagern möchtest, wäre daher ein Vakuum-Sack etc zu empfehlen.
An unsere Terrasse grenzt die gleiche Wohnung, nur spiegelverkehrt, an, in der drei supernette Student:innen wohnen.
Generell sind all unsere Nachbarn ziemlich cool und gelassen.

IMPORTANT:
The room is available for temporary rent from July 1st (move-in date negotiable, possible until August 31st) to November 15th 2023. The current main lease is limited until mid-November, as we both move out then fix to start a new chapter and go traveling :)
There is basically the possibility for a new contract closure as a main tenant from mid-November. The landlady lives in Spain herself (so she has no personal need) and has rented the apartment to young professionals or students. We would be happy to discuss details during a meeting or to establish contact with the landlady in this regard.
Further information:
Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard.
There is also a storage room and a huge cellar. However, the cellar is damp. If you want to store something there, a vacuum bag etc would therefore be recommended.
Adjacent to our terrace is the same apartment, only mirror-inverted, where three super nice student:ins live.
In general, all our neighbors are pretty cool and chilled.
