Dein Zimmer ist ca 20m2 gross und schaut auf eine ruhige Straße. Es ist überall schöner Fischgreten Parkettboden und ich lasse alle möbel hier. In meinem zimmer sollen keine Partys gefeiert werden und alles respektvoll behandelt werden. Das zimmer ist echt geräumig und schaut auf eine ruhige Seitenstraße. Das Hochbett ist super stabil und ist wie ein eigenes Etagere und hat eine 1.60m breite Matratze.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 2 gleich große Zimmer, einen geräumigen Vorraum, getrenntes WC, ein Bad mit Waschmaschine und Duschbadewanne und es gibt eine grosse Küche mit Esstisch.

Your room is approximately 20 square meters in size and overlooks a quiet street. It features beautiful herringbone parquet flooring throughout, and I will leave all the furniture here. No parties should be held in my room, and everything should be treated with respect. The room is very spacious and overlooks a quiet side street. The loft bed is extremely stable, akin to its own little platform, and has a 1.60m wide mattress. The apartment has a total of two equally sized rooms, a spacious entrance hall, separate toilet, a bathroom with a washing machine and shower bathtub, and a large kitchen with a dining table.
Die Wohnung ist super ruhig gelegen und ich lieeeebe die Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Öffis sind gleich uns Eck und man ist super schnell im ersten Bezirk, aber auch am Donaukanal/Prater. Die Wohnung liegt parallel zur Landstraßer Hauptstraße, schaut aber auf eine ruhige Einbahnstraße.
Die nächste UBahn Station ist die U3 Station Kardinal Nagl Platz. Zur WU brauch ich mit dem Fahrrad zB ca. 10 min.

The apartment is super quiet and I absolutely love the location. Shopping facilities and public transport are just around the corner, and you can quickly get to the first district, as well as to the Danube Canal/Prater. The apartment is parallel to Landstraßer Hauptstraße but faces a quiet one-way street.
The nearest subway station is the U3 station Kardinal Nagl Platz. For instance, it takes me about 10 minutes to get to the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) by bike.
Ich miete mein Zimmer unter, da ich auf Auslandssemester bin. Zuzeit wohne ich mit der super lieben Julia (26) zusammen und wir leben ein gemütliches und respektvolles WG Leben miteinander. Julia arbeitet im Kunst und Kulturbereich und ist auch immer gern auf Konzerten, Opern, Ausstellungen und co unterwegs!
Wir mögens hier grundsätzlich sauber und feiern Feste lieber woanders, als in unserer Wohnung. Die Wohnung soll ein ruhiger Rückzugsort bleiben!

I am subletting my room as I am on a semester abroad. At the moment I live with the super lovely Julia (26) and we live a cosy and respectful shared flat life together. Julia works in the arts and culture sector and is always happy to go to concerts, operas, exhibitions and so on!
We generally like it clean here and prefer to celebrate parties somewhere else rather than in our flat. The flat should remain a quiet retreat!
