In unserer großen WG wird ein Zimmer für eine Person frei.
Das Zimmer ist 3,13m hoch, kann also gut ein Hochbett eingebaut werden.
Es gibt
* ein gemütliches, großes Wohnzimmer mit Couch, großem Esstisch und Kamin (highlight!)
* eine große, gemütliche neue Küche mit Tisch und Stühlen,
* Balkon
* Garten (!) im dritten Innenhof, der von der Hausmeisterin gepflegt wird

A room for one person is becoming available in our large shared flat.
The room is 3.13 metres high, so a bunk bed can easily be installed.
There is
* a cosy, large living room with couch, large dining table and fireplace (highlight!)
* a large, cosy new kitchen with table and chairs,

* garden (!) in the third courtyard, which is maintained by the caretaker

Wohnung liegt beim Brigittaplatz und 8 min zu Fuß vom Augarten entfernt.
Apotheke, Spar, Billa Plus, SE&PAS Supermarkt alles sehr nah.
Zur Donau ist es auch nicht weit.

31 und u6 jägerstraße 10min zu fuß
u4 friedensbrücke 15min zu fuß (33er und 5er fahren hin)
