Das helle 25 qm Zimmer, welches viel Tageslicht bekommt, zeigt zum ruhigen Innenhof. Es ist bereits möbliert mit einem Hochbett, einer Matratze und einem Schreibtisch. Außerdem gibt es einen Kamin welcher allerdings nicht in Benutzung ist.

The bright 25 sqm room, which receives plenty of natural light, faces the quiet inner courtyard. It is already furnished with a bunk bed, a mattress and a desk. There is also a chimney which is not in use.
Die WG liegt in einem ruhigen Innenhof im Herzen des 8. Bezirks.
In unmittelbarer Nähe, nur ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, befinden sich die Haltestellen der Straßenbahnlinien 2, 5 und 33 sowie die Haltestelle der Buslinie 13A.
Auch die U-Bahn-Stationen U6 - Josefstädterstraße und U3 - Volkstheater sind beide ungefähr 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es viele Orte zum Einkaufen wie Billa, Spar, Hofer und Dm. Die umliegenden Stadtteile haben viele schöne Parks, Restaurants, Bars und Cafés.

The shared flat is located in the wonderful 8th district, very close to the city center.
In the immediate vicinity, only about 3 minutes away, are the stops for streetcar lines 2, 5 and 33 as well as the stop for bus line 13A!
The subway stations U6 - Josefstädterstraße and U3 - Volkstheater are also both about a 10-minute walk away.
There are many places to shop near the apartment, such as Billa, Spar, Hofer and Dm. The surrounding neighborhoods have many nice parks, restaurants, bars and cafés.

Zu uns:
Wir sind Arbi (26) und Anna (23).
Anna macht gerade ihren Master in Psychologie und ich studiere Internationale BWL (pls don‘t judge haha).
In unserer Freizeit kochen wir beide gern, gehen oft zum Sport (Yoga, Fitness, Laufen, Radfahren), gehen gern in Ausstellungen, ins Kino oder auf Flohmärkte und verbringen sonst auch viel Zeit draußen mit Freunden.
Da wir beide ziemlich busy sind treffen wir uns zum Quatschen meistens in der großen Küche, welche auch der social place der Wohnung ist.
Wichtig wäre uns jemanden zu finden der ebenso aufgeschlossen und gesellig ist. Alles kann nichts muss, dennoch suchen wir keine Zweck-WG! :)
Wichtig ist uns auch, dass alles direkt angesprochen wird, falls etwas nicht passt und es wäre cool wenn man da auch eher unkompliziert ist.
Wir freuen uns darauf dich kennenzulernen :)

We are Arbi (26) and Anna (23).
Anna is currently doing her Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Vienna and works part-time at a recruitment consultancy. I'm studying International Business Administration at WU for my Bachelor's degree and currently work part-time in sales.
In our free time, we both like to cook, often go to sports (yoga, fitness, running, cycling), like to go to exhibitions, the movies or flea markets and otherwise spend a lot of time outside with friends.
As we are both quite busy, we usually meet up to chat in the large kitchen, which is also the social place in the apartment.
It would be important for us to find someone who is just as open-minded and sociable. Anything goes, but we are not looking for a functional flat share! :)
It is also important to us that everything is addressed directly if something does not fit and it would be cool if you are rather uncomplicated in this concern.
