Wir, Diana (32), Hrista (26) und der Kater Sebastian (3) suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin!
Hardfacts:
- Dein Zimmer verfügt über 13qm und wird unmöbliert übergeben.
- Miete beträgt 400€ (all inclusive) , Kaution 1000€
- Alle Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung sind getrennt begehbar.
- Das Badezimmer hat sowohl eine Duschkabine als auch eine Badewanne.
- Küche und Wohnzimmer sind zusammen.
- Leider hat die Wohnung kein Balkon aber dafür einen sehr chilligen Garten im Erdgeschoss!
- Fahrradkeller gibt es auch.

- All bedrooms in the apartment are separately accessible.
- The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
- Kitchen and living room are together.
- Unfortunately, the apartment has no balcony but a very cute garden on the ground floor!
- There is also a bicycle storage room.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Da das Gebäude sich in einer Seitengasse befindet, ist es relativ ruhig. Brunnenmarkt und Yppenplatz sind in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Des Weiteren gibt es auf der Thaliastrasse zahlreiche andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Spar, Billa, Hofer, Bipa, DM, 1000 verschiedene Dürüm und Pizza Läden.
Schottentor ist in 15 Minuten mit der Bim 44 erreichbar. Der 46er fährt in den 7en Bezirk. U6 ist auch in 15 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.
The location of the apartment is great. Since the building is in a side street, it is relatively quiet. Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz can be reached in 10 minutes. There are also numerous other shops on Thaliastrasse such as Spar, Billa, Hofer, Bipa, DM, 1000 different Dürüm and pizza shops.
Schottentor can be reached in 15 minutes with the tram 44. The 46 goes to the 7th district. U6 can also be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
Das WG-Leben lässt sich sehr gut mit dem Wort "unkompliziert" beschreiben.
Hrista kommt ursprunglich aus Bulgarien und macht ihren Master in Applied Economics an der Uni Wien. Interessiert sich für Sprachen, Politik, Kunst und Wirtschaft.
Diana kommt ursprunglich aus Rumänien. Sie arbeitet und studiert Digital Design an der Deutschen Pop Akademie. Macht jeden Tag Yoga, kocht gerne, interessiert sich für Sprachen, Design, Fotografie und gesunde Ernährung.
Sebi (2) ist lieb und beißt nicht. Interessiert sich für Haargummis und spielt gerne damit 😆.
Wir sind welt offen, nett, lustig, tolerant. Ab und zu verbringen wir Zeit miteinander und wünschen uns jemand mit dem wir uns gut verstehen würden! Wenn du denkst du würdest bei uns passen, bitte schreib uns eine PN. Wir freuen uns darauf!

Hrista is originally from Bulgaria and is doing her Masters in Applied Economics at the University of Vienna. Interested in languages, politics, art and business.
is originally from Romania. She works and studies digital design at the German Pop Academy. Does yoga every day, likes to cook, is interested in languages, design, photography and healthy eating.
Sebi (2) is sweet and doesn't bite. Is interested in hair ties and likes to play with them 😆.
