The room is 17 m2, bright and equipped. Additionally, the room is directed to the backyard, therefore you live in a really quiet place in the center of Vienna’s youngest district. The kitchen is really cozy, modern and also equipped with everything you need. They are all Selen's equipment, you are very welcome to use everything there. The bathroom and toilet are separated, like Viennese style. We don't have a living room', but as you can see in the pictures, you can use our hallway for this purpose :)
Closet, bed, mattress, bookshelf, shelf, chair for 550 Euros. All were bought one year ago and have not been used too much.
- Your contract will have a notice period if one month.
-In May or June, there is a year-end calculation for electricity and gas. You will get refunded or have to pay an additional payment only for the months you already lived in the apartment.
-The actual rent could be slightly lower, since there is an electricity price cap in force since December 2022, but this should be calculated at a later stage.
The location of the apartment is perfect! If you have been in Vienna before, probably you were here in Neubaugasse once. The apartment is in Lindengasse, so in 20 seconds, you are in Neubaugasse and Mariahilfer-Straße. You can reach the metro, tram, and bus in 1min. And also you will be just 4 mins away from Mariahilfer Strasse. You will love living here, just telling :)
My current flatmate is Lilly. She is doing an internship in Vienna for six months. After she leaves in April my contractual flatmate Selen will come back. She is a final class medicine student. They are both lovely and easygoing people.
