Due to 1 room vacant in a 3 room apartment, I am subletting the 2nd bedroom. The starting period is fixed and the ending date can be adjusted upon agreement.
The very sunny 3- room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet 7-unit house and will be delivered furnished. It is divided into 2 bedrooms and a living/dining room with an open kitchen. A fully equipped workstation with good WiFi is available. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the door on the street (subterranean parking space is also possible for an additional charge). The price of 550 euros includes additional costs.

I am a Masters student and am looking for full-time opportunities. I am a very fun loving and easygoing person and tries to keep the apartment clean.
