The room is current available. Room size is about 18 m2 with a small balcony. The cold rent for the room is about 315 €, additional cost including electricity, gas, internet is about 80 €, so the total cost is 395 €. The flat is about 65 m2, located near the Residenz. You can reach the public transport station (Bus 6, 14, 114 and 214) by foot in 3 min.
A little information about me: I have been in Wuerzburg for my doctoral study since 2015 and now work in the University of Wuerzburg. I am pretty open and relaxed person. At free time, I like drinking wine, reading, watching movie and doing some sports. Since I can only speak a little Deutsch, So I would expect the perspective flatmate can speak English, so we can communicate with each other well. Of course I also would like to learn more Deutsch.
The perspective flatmate is very welcome to cook, drink, talk and play together. Of course personal time and privacy are definitely respected.
