Das Zimmer bietet 33 m² Platz. Es verfügt über zwei Fenster (Nord- und Ostseite) sowie zwei Heizungen. Der Boden ist Holzparkett und die Wände sind weiß tapeziert.
Die Wohnung hat 4 bewohnbare Zimmer, sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche und ein Bad.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Brettern, Töpfen, Pfannen, einer Spülmaschine und was man sonst so zum Kochen braucht.
This room offers 33 m². It has two windows (faced to north and east) and two radiators. The floor is parquet and the walls have white wallpapers.
The flat consists of 4 rooms to live in, a big living room, a big kitchen and a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, pots, pans a dishwasher and anything else, which is essential for cooking.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, vor unserer Haustüre ist die Bushaltestelle "Am Kugelfang", die von der Linie 28 angefahren wird, und die Bushaltestelle "Zollhaus Galgenberg", wo die Linien 14,114 und 214 halten.
Die Uni am Hubland ist etwa 15 min zu Fuß entfernt, bzw. 5 mit dem Bus, in die Innenstadt braucht man zu Fuß etwa 30-40 Minuten, mit dem Bus 10 Minuten.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es in der Nähe einen Tegut und einen Lidl. Desweiteren zwei Dönerbuden und einen Bäcker.
The transport connection is very good, we have the busstops "Am Kugelfang" and "Zollhaus Galgenberg" nearby, which are frequented by line 28 and lines 114,214,14, respectively.
Its a 15-minute walk to Uni Hubland, and you need 30-40 minutes to walk into the innercity. With the bus its 5 minutes to Hubland and 10 minutes into the city.
There are two big shops nearby, a Tegut and a Lidl. Furthermore we have one bakery and two Kebabshops.
Die WG ist eine bunte Mischung aus zwei Studenten, Jesko und Christoph, und einem Berufstätigem, Fabrizio.
Jesko studiert Space Science and Technology, Christoph studiert Nanostrukturtechnologie. Fabrizio arbeitet im Zentrum für Telematik.
Da Fabrizio gerade Deutsch lernt, sind gute Englischkenntnisse wichtig. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, wir kochen gern zusammen, feiern zusammen oder chillen im Wohnzimmer.
Gesucht wird also jemand, der auch etwas mit der WG unternehmen möchte.
The flatmates are a mixture of two students, Jesko and Christoph, and one employed, Fabrizio.
Jesko is studying Space Science and Technology, Christoph Nanotechnology. Fabrizio is working at the "Zentrum für Telematik".
Fabrizio is currently learning german, so we are searching for someone, who is able to speak english fluently.
Furthermore we are searching for someone who wants to spend time with us, because we are cooking together, partying together or just hanging around in our living room.
