Das Zimmer ist 12 m2 groß, liegt im 1. Stock des Hauses und ist durch das große Fenster schön hell. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet, falls aber Bedarf besteht, können gerne noch Möbel bereitgestellt werden. Zum Haus gehört ebenfalls noch ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, das ebenfalls im 1. Stock ist. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet, auch mit Geschirrspüler und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Neben den beiden Räumen kann natürlich auch der große Garten mitbenutzt werden. Die Miete beträgt 350€ warm, beinhaltet also auch Internet, Strom, Heizung, etc.
Das Haus ist ein Reihenendhaus in Wunstorf. Es befindet sich an einer sehr ruhigen Straße und ist umgeben von anderen Gärten. Der Bahnhof Wunstorf ist fußläufig in nur 15 Minuten und mit dem Rad in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Von da sinds mit der Regio nur 12 Minuten nach Hannover rein. Den nächsten Supermarkt erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich auch ein schöner Park mit Teich, in dem man wunderbar spazieren kann.
Neben mir wohnen in dem Haus noch meine Hündin Lina, die sehr lieb und zutraulich ist. Außerdem gibt’s noch meinen Kater Carlo, der sich aber größtenteils draußen rumtreibt. Neben meinen Vierbeinern habe ich noch eine kleine Gruppe Hühner im Garten, die auch sehr pflegeleicht sind. Und noch kurz zu mir: Ich bin Katrin, 55 und arbeite als Grundschullehrerin in Wunstorf. Ich bin Nichtraucherin und würde mich freuen, wenn du es auch bist. Falls nicht, kann man aber auf der Terasse draußen rauchen. Ich wünsch mir ein entspanntes Zusammenleben und bin für jeden Plausch zu haben, ob auf Englisch oder Deutsch ist egal. Studierende, Berufstätige oder Pendelnde sind herzlich willkommen, Hauptsache es passt.

The room is 12 m2 big and located on the 1st floor of the house. Because of its large window there is a lot of sun coming in and the room itself is nice and bright. It will be rented unfurnished, but if there is a need, I can provide some furniture. The house also has a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, which is also on the 1st floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, has the luxury of a dishwasher and is located on the first floor. In addition to these two rooms, I also have a nice garden, which I would share with you. The rent is 350€ in total, so it also includes internet, electricity, heating and any other cost.
The house is an end-terrace house in Wunstorf. It’s located on a quiet street and surrounded by other gardens. The train station Wunstorf is only 15 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by bike. From there it takes only 12 minutes by public transport to get to Hannover. The nearest supermarket is located within 10 minutes walking distance. Just around the corner you’ll find a beautiful park with a pond, which is ideal for taking a walk.
Apart from me, I also have my dog Lina living in the house, who is very sweet and trusting. There's also my cat Carlo, but he mostly spends his time outside. And to complete the group, I have some chickens living in my garden, which are also very easy going. Now something about me: I am Katrin, 55 years old and work as a primary school teacher in Wunstorf. As I am a nonsmoker, I would be very happy if you also don’t smoke. But if this isn’t the case, the terrace can be used for smoking. I like to live in a relaxed atmosphere and am always down for a chat, whether in English or German doesn’t matter.
