Ich (Marie) suche für mein schönes, helles Zimmer in einer 3er Wg einen netten Nachmieter (männlich oder weiblich) ab sofort oder ab dem 01.05. Das Zimmer ist so gut wie leer, es können also schon Möbel reingestellt werde.
Es handelt sich um ein schönes, großes, helles (ca. 24m²) Zimmer mit hohen Decken.
In der Küche gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Backofen usw!
Zu der WG gehört ein 16m² großer, wunderschöner Balkon. Im Sommer super zum Grillen und in der Sonne liegen. Es gibt ne Badewanne,Telefon- und Internetflat und Ingo und Lisa als super nette, neue Mitbewohner.
Die Lage ist zentral: du brauchst nur 5 min zur S-Bahnhaltestelle, 1 min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle und 7 min zur Schwebebahn.
